Yum. This is just like pieology but a bit more personable as they ask you for your name before you order write it down, and then ask you, by name, what your want on your pizza. I like that, it’s the little things that make the dining experience a bit more special. So you pick what toppings you want on your pizza and they will bake it for you. I like to ask for my pizza to be cooked a little longer because I like it on the crispy side. Blood orange lemonade… yessss! Get a drink with your pizza because you’re going to want to drink their lemonade. It’s amazing! Way better, if not at the same level as Lemonade’s(the restaurant).

Hello my Unilocalies, I rarely give 5 stars but this place definitely deserves 5 stars. If you want fresh, clean, hot, and delicious pizza, you must try blaze. If anyone is craving pizza I definitely suggest this place. Parking here is super easy, this is located at the Alhambra plaza which was newly built. The whole place is extremely beautiful, I love the new buildings and stores. So you definitely don’t need to worry about finding parking spots because there is a huge parking lot right behind. I’ve heard so many good things about this place but I had to come and try it out myself. I love how you can build your own pizza, I am very picky with what I want on my pizza so this is definitely the best place to come to. First you have a choice to choose their choice of pizza or you can build your own, second you can have their original crust or gluten free crust(+$ 2.00) but if you are on a healthy track of diet, maybe that’s a better choice. They also have 3 different sauce, original tomato, Alfredo(white sauce) or their spicy red sauce which was my all time favorite, if you like spicy then this is definitely the best choice. After the sauce you get to pick your choice of cheese and then the toppings you want. I personally like the mozzarella cheese with turkey meat balls, mushroom and spinach. My boyfriend and I love everything about it, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, the pizza was delicious, I love how you can add drizzles of pesto on top of the pizza which was a cherry on top of an awesome pizza! We tried the original crust and the gluten free one, they’re both extremely delicious. We shared one first and then couldn’t help ourselves to get another one. I definitely have to say if I ever crave for pizza this is my go-to place. The whole order came out to $ 8.75 original crust and then $ 10.75 for the gluten free, you can’t go wrong with the price. It’s fresh, it’s clean, it’s hot and it’s delicious. Overall, 5 stars for service, 5 stars for food and drinks, 5 stars for environment and decoration and 5 stars for cleanliness. Will come back without a doubt for my pizza craving.

Blaze pizza, I am a fan. I love how you can do half and half on the pizza and substitute any of the pizzas with items that you like. Love how you can literally put whatever you want and how ever many items on ur pizza for a set price. Typically not a fan of thin pizza but actually like blaze’s pizza. Line moves quite quickly and pizza is ready in just a few minutes. Service — received great service for the times that I have gone.

First things first, so happy that there is finally a Blaze around me! That means no more driving to Rowland for Pieology or Pasadena for Blaze. With that being said, this Blaze location is found where Cha For Tea/Mervyns/Forever21 used to be. There’s plentiful parking no matter what time you come but beware of small spaces. Just like any other Blaze, you’re faced with a long line but fear not — it moves fairly quickly. You go down the line and decide whether you want to build your own or if you’re not feeling daring there’s options you can pick from as well. I haven’t had a pizza from the menu since for $ 7.95 you can have unlimited toppings so why not go with that, right? Anyways, go down the line and pick your sauce, cheese, meats, and veggies and in less than 3 minutes you’ll have your creation before you. On occasions my pizza has been wet. Yes, wet. It’s so weird but my s/o believes it may be the plethora of toppings I(sometimes) have on my pizza so get crazy with your pizza but not too crazy. Also, in an attempt to shorten the lines, the employees are prone to rushing but they’re nice enough to go back and grab your topping! It’s just like any other Blaze really but if you haven’t tried it, I would highly recommend it. Word of caution — it can be fairly busy so it may difficult to hear your name so I’d advise waiting around!

I always get a kick when I sit and see how some people likes to pile on tons and tons of toppings just because it is unlimited toppings. As for myself, I am happy that I am able to customize my personal pizza. Been here twice already and loved both visits. The staff are patient and always ask if it is your first time visiting. Honestly, it is a no brainer. Get in line and pick what you want on your pizza as you go down the line. If you are indecisive, you can always get one of their signature pizza as the base and tell them to add or take out stuff you don’t like. I can wolf the entire pizza down myself, but for those of you that are light eaters, you can probably share. Pizza is done within minutes after they put it in the stove. Stay near as they were yell your name when your order is ready. The last thing you want is someone running off with your personalized pizza.

I love Blaze and was glad when I heard one opened up in Alhambra! Load up your pizza with all the meats and veggies you can imagine and they bake your pizza for you! How great is that? Their pesto sauce is amazing on top of the pizza! But, when I went with a few friends on a weekday night around 7pm and they were already out of a few of their toppings(bummer!). No more mushrooms or bacon?

Time: 12:30pm Weather: cold and rainy! So I came here with my sister and her boyfriend for lunch. We wanted ramen originally since it was cold but the wait was way too long! I’m glad we decided to come here because there was no line and no wait! Well there was a little wait because Matty was prepping some pizza crusts and he also apologized for the wait but were like nah it’s cool, what wait? Haha. It’s not as long of a wait as that ramen place! Matty is the nicest worker there! There was no line and we got our pizzas right away. Blaze is never a disappointment

They can’t say Pieology out loud. But I can. Same concept, and just as tasty. All the pizzas are very quick, even when there is a line, these guys work fast. The limiting step is always the cooking, since the oven can only fit so many at a time but it still qualifies as fast food for me. When it’s done, they will YELL your name in a very incomprehensible way. Basically, everyone has the same name so stay close. About $ 9 a pizza. And if you think you want to share this, lets face it, you’ll end up eating 90% of it so get one per person. Parking is very easy since the plaza is so new. It will become nightmarish pretty soon. **Edwards Regal has $ 5 movies on Tuesdays and Sundays.

The entire concept of customized foods is all the craze lately –and the best kind at that. I’m glad Blaze opened up fairly close to me now. It’s pretty basic. You pick your sauce, toppings, let them fire up your customized pie and voila –your very own pizza! For ~$ 8 and unlimited toppings, it’s as good as it gets. A pizza is more than enough for one, but eat as you please. I enjoy the environment of this new plaza. Since I had two dogs with me, it was nice that they had outside seating for us as well.

I love blaze pizza but now I know not to order their pre set menu because they don’t fill it up as much when you built you own pizza. For the price of a pizza($ 8) it’s better to just built you own and fill it up for more. I was just silly not to ask to fill my pizza with more topping. But this time my pizza crust was burnt on the bottom and it did not taste as good.

We finally got a Blaze(somewhat) close by! The hubby loves Blaze & we’ve been going to the Pasadena location. I made him wait a bit to come here because too many early reviews & pics mentioned burnt crust. Looks like they’ve got the kinks worked out, so it was time to pay a visit. Biggest pro to this location is there’s plenty of free parking in the rear of this center. There is a good-sized dining area and also some outside patio tables in the back. This place was hopping and the employees had their routine down. The line moved quickly and the wait for the pizza wasn’t long at all. His pizza came out pretty good. Got a bit soggy while he was eating it but that was his fault for ordering too many toppings & extra sauce. I really shouldn’t eat pizza and behaved today. I’ve been getting the salads instead. My two favorites are the Roasted Veggies & Gorgonzola and the Tomato Basil Ovallini. The salads are so good that I don’t feel any pizza envy. Looks like this is going to be our new location!

2 stars because one was free. But man this place is so over rated. They are cheap on the ingredients that the cheese didn’t even cover my pie. They cook is so fast hence the Blaze in there name and the dough is thin to compensate. Rather take my 5 bucks to little cesars.

Absolutely as good as the other Blaze locations, only this one is walkable from my house! I think the inside is a little too small, because during dinner it can be hard to find a table. However, they do a good job keeping the soda machine area clean, they change the trash before it piles up, and in general everything is neat & organized. I love that Blaze charges a flat fee for unlimited toppings, and both the variety of toppings & quality of toppings are top-notch. I prefer Blaze over 800 degrees, PizzaRev and Pitfire Pizza. And Pizza Studio around the corner: your days are numbered. I never see people eating at Pizza Studio now that Blaze has opened. If there’s one thing that I’d love to see this location be a little more careful about, is that sometimes I think the spicy sauce & the classic sauce get the bins mixed up at the sauce station. I say that because twice now(at this location), I’ve ended up with spicy sauce on my pizza, when I wanted the classic. And normally that wouldn’t be a big deal, but when we have our 3-year old with us, it’s a little too spicy for him, and he ends up eating less of his dinner. I have gotten such good, friendly service at this location that I just can’t ask the kitchen to make another pizza for free. That doesn’t seem fair. So if this can get fixed, I would absolutely give this place 5 stars. Don’t dilly-dallly if you are in Alhambra & hungry. Just come here for a pizza made exactly they way you want for a super reasonable price.

I have been waiting for a solid pizza establishment to come to Alhambra, and my prayers have been answered! Blaze is located in the new Alhambra plaza that recently opened, and for $ 7.95, I can build my own pizza chipotle-style. The ingredients are fresh and limitless, and my pizza as a whole was mouth-watering delicious! My favorite toppings were the ovalini mozarella, basil leaves and Italian sausage, all of which were top quality. The place was bustling on a weekday around dinner time, but the line moves speedily. The staff are patient and polite, and really efficient in what they do. The interior is spacious and modern — great for a family dinner or hanging out with friends. Can’t wait to stop by again.

Good quick pizza for lunch or dinner. Many varieties to choose from. Quality ingredients makes it all tasty. We had the Meat Eater and Art Lover, but, you can add anything else you want to make it your own. Just a solid thin crust pie. These 2 pies did their job for the 3 of us. As long as you are not starving. Their selection of toppings are great to choose from. Line usually long inside but moves along pretty decent. University Park and Pasadena are also pretty regularly packed during the day. Gives Costco Pizza a run for their money. Ha Ha!

Blaze recently opened and this place is bustling. It’s located at recently remodeled Alhambra place and next door to the Habbit burger. Ample parking is provided. Compared to most craft to order pizza joints, this is probably one of the better ones I prefer. Also, hard to beat a bargain $ 8 for pizza. Consensus agrees, we arrived and there was a line out the door. They had plenty of staff on hand and all helpful, friendly. Dining area boast a casual atmosphere, including outdoor seating with lovely umbrellas. This place screams efficiency, my pizza took about 5 – 7 minutes and was perfect. I ordered their signature green stripe and another build your own, both were outstanding. Their artisan style dough was crisp, lightly char and held up well with the toppings. The arugula, pesto and red peppers were the highlights for me. Great balance of flavor and fresh ingredients compliments meat toppings, so magnifico! Blaze didn’t disappoint and really lives up to the hype. Though the line didn’t seem to let up(30 minutes into our meal), it moves fairly quickly and pizza was worth the wait.

Omg omg omg! I am so happy they opened BLAZE right down the street from me! I’ve been waiting so long for this to open! There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. There are 5 tables outside so you can bring your pups! There are plenty of tables inside as well! Their build your own pizza is $ 7.95. All the ingredients are fresh and they have a large variety of toppings to choose from. We built our own with the classic crust(they have gluten free crust as well) with red sauce. For cheese, we chose mozzarella and Parmesan. For meats, we added pepperoni and meatballs. For veggies we got green bell pepper, chopped garlic, fresh basil, mushroom, red onion, roasted red pepper, roasted garlic, spinach, oregano and topped it off with sea salt and olive oil drizzle. It was so delicious! I did not let me down. The crust was perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of sweetness in the dough. The ingredients like I said earlier were so fresh! We also ordered the s’more($ 2). Yummmm delicious! When it’s fresh and hot they are to die for! The cookie is the perfect consistency and the melting chocolate and marshmallow combined is amazing! It’s a must try! The employees are friendly and greet you right when you walk in. The tables outside and inside are constantly being cleaned. Love this place! I’ll be coming back for some more pizza and s’mores!

Woohoo!!! Finally a Blaze in the Alhambra area… sooo close to me :)!!! I already know I’ll be there quite often because I dread going to the Pasadena location. Anyway, can’t beat the GREATPARKING as theres a huge, newly paved lot inside the plaza and if not, theres also 3 nearby parking structures within walking distance. Once you go inside, its like a «factory line» system where you choose your pizza sauce, then the types of cheese(I love mozzarella and gorgonzola), meats such as salami, italian sausage, applewood bacon, crushed meatballs etc., and then your fresh veggies. Their toppings all seem to be healthier options instead of the super processed kinds you’d find at some other pizza joints and you can definitely taste the difference for only about $ 8 – 9 a pizza Next, you pay the cashier and your thin crust pizza gets fired up. then viola… total process probably takes less than 10 mins for those on the go. There are enough employees to keep the chain moving along fairly quickly. Each pizza is fit for one individual unless you are a light eater… So far my favorite pizza is: white sauce, gorgozola & mozzarella cheese, italian sausage, spinach, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, mushrooms & olives

Seriously good, quick pizza. Blaze is revolutionizing the pizza model, serving custom, fresh, delicious affordable pizzas. Ideal for students(looking at you, Alhambra High) or those on a budget. You order chipotle style and assemble your pizza step by step. Start with the crust — they’ve got gluten free and several other types. You can have red, white or spicy sauce. Then cheeses — they’ve got ovalini mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, goat, etc. Then add your meats — my favorites are Italian sausage and pepperoni. Then on to veggies — pineapple and mushroom all the way! Then they fire it up and top with fresh veggies(arugula) and/or sauce(pesto). They aren’t skimpy with the toppings and you have a wonderful, healthy, custom pizza. And of course, if you can’t decide, all their set pizzas are delicious too!
