Yesterday I went thru drive thru and was not in a hurry but as I tryed to talk to them in the intercome they mubbled and told me to just drive up to the window. They got my order wrong and when I told them they got mad and act like it was my fault .then I asked to talk to the manger (oscar) he threw my food at me and said sorry and shut the window. I will never go back there again

I wanna get last bite for Christmas night. But I was really tired to cook, so we decided get fast food.
But in this town Christmas night is close all store. Even we try to get Hamburger, we thought some place is close. But!!! This one is OPEN for Christmas night !!! Yeah !!! We got fresh burn burgers!!! These is really good for late bite!!!

Never before have I received such accurate service overnight from a fast food place. Usually the kid in the back always misses something. The difference with this Commonwealth location is the OLD MAN in the back on the night shift. He always welcomes every drive-​thru customer with a smile from one side of the building to the other. He makes sure every bit of my order is correct and those of the three cars behind me. My $change$ has never been inaccurate. This is NOT the case at other Carl’s in the area such as Cesar Chavez/​Atlantic, 60fwy/​Paramount. Someday this old man is going to retire, and the Commonwealth location is going to fall into the toilet, but I’m living in heaven for the time being!
The prices at Carl’s Jr are ridiculously expensive for fast food. The rating here should be raised to TWO $$ signs. That is why I can’t go 5stars.

The service crew in carl’s jr in alhambra is kind of rude and mean. What a bitch. why? I suppose to order a breakfast combo and they don’t have any combo menu at all at this place. At the same time, she almost over charge me of 15 dollars for this breakfast combo. Its really obvious that I was by myself to buy and eat good food supposed to be. She didn’t even provide a combo price itself so I ended up I walk out the door and say son of a bitch. Since I suppose to eat in El Pollo I ended up buying a hotdogs in 7 – 11 for my mini lunch before my work. This is the worst experience I had on this carl’s jr in Alhambra. I will never eat here again NEVER!!!

The only reason why I am writing this review is because they won’t pick up their damn phone! Came here on a thursday night-​little to no people here. They did nothing right. Specifically asked and paid extra for criss cut fries and realized they gave me normal fries when i was already half way home. Asked for more lettuce– they didn’t do that right either.

The food is actually A-​OK here. I ordered the Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich which did end up costing me just over $ 10 for a chicken sandwich (burger?), medium fries, and a medium drink.
The chicken sandwich was made fresh and actually tasted really good. The fries were also fresh which isn’t always the case at fast food places. The strawberry ice cream shake or the oreo ice cream shake is made with REAL ice cream so it definitely tastes better than the ones at McDonalds or other fast food retailers!
Why the three stars? They don’t talk card later in the evening around 12am-​1am or sometimes after 1am. There is no consistentcy which is a bit annoying. Another thing that irks me is although the chicken sandwich was delicious… I paid over ten bucks for it. I could get a chicken sandwich at most other fast food places for 20 to 30 percent less!

Went drive thru, quick and easy! The new American thickburger was sooo huge… the upgrade of the thickburger lol. It came with ¹⁄₃ lb burger, hotdog and potato chips. It’s definitely huge… but i really didnt like the taste though… idk, it just doesn’t blend well together. I call it the heart-​attack burger lol… waaay too big with all the junk that’s bad for u haha. Oh well, that’s most fast food chain anyways.

Pretty efficient service going to the drive thru at this Carl’s Jr. location. I ordered a big Carls and a small order fries and it was simply delicious there was nothing that I found wrong in the time that I have been to this Carl’s junior location.
The entry into the Carl’s Jr. here can be a little bit tricky I suggest going down commonwealth street and then making a left as opposed to going down north on Fremont.

After shopping at Target my wife and I went to Carl’s Jr get something to eat, I brought my Carl’s Jr coupons to what deals. One coupon that looks interesting was when you buy a big chicken fillets combo you get big chicken fillet free.
Overall the Big Chicken Fillet sandwich fell in flat in flavor. The home made bun was typical average dry with little bit of flavor, I can taste some sweetness in the bun. The chicken fillet was bland it didn’t have enough flavor in the fillet. The Big chicken fillets having nothing in common like the Chick-​fil-​A chicken breast fillet

Every single time I come to this location I am always satisfied & full. The service is great and the food is ALWAYS fresh! I am continuously amazed at how long and strong the management has kept this place running so well! Keep it up!

Nothing special. You have people hanging out front asking for $. I just want to get my food and get out. Cashiers friendly. Food decent

i’m not a big fan of this carl’s junior.
one reason is because they stopped serving cheese in the famous star, and now it costs to add cheese. which they totally don’t tell you about. they just ask,“would you like cheese with that?” without a mention about paying extra. don’t do it.
another reason is because they left a disgusting pink sticker in my burger that said LOW CARB. i was disgusted by it and thank god i always take out everything in my burger before i eat it. anyways, i didn’t want another burger. i wanted a refund. but they didn’t even listen nor did they apologize.
they also mess up on my order a lot. i asked for no onions, cause they give me an allergic reaction, and guess what, still getting those reactions from time to time.
main point, always check your food because they might end up putting a pink sticker on your meat that’ll make you feel fat.

Ok, never ordering a salad from here again. I didn’t feel like eating a burger, it was 100 degrees so I thought I’d get a nice cold salad. Big mistake to get it from this Carl’s Jr. The chicken tasted really off, like left over grilled chicken that they probably were supposed to use the day before. I ate one bite and threw the entire salad away. Wasted $ 5 something I could have a gotten a better salad from costco.

Don’t eat here! Food is crap. My chicken was hard and couldn’t chew through it. Disgusting

Couldn’t give it 5 stars for the simple fact it’s fast food and by nature isn’t some place I’m supposed to go to. Carls jr is my favorite fast food place though and I enjoyed this location. Clean, and whoever made my sandwich took some pride in it. When I unwrapped my breakfast burger I was surprised to see the burger actually looked like the picture and not some sloppy mess.
Nothing else to say, we all know the stigmas that come with fast food.

I came at like 7 pm to get 1 spicy chicken. I came in furst, and two other ppl came after me. Their orders (2 famous stars) (some combo) came out before mine… No explanation either — what’s up with that? Should have just gone to the drive threw…

I had a dirty cashier take my order, he was short and disgusting. The food is alright.

carl’s jr is officially my favorite burger place to go to now.
their burgers are huge and not to mention cheap.
i have tried almost all of their new burgers since i get buy one get one free coupons in the mail.
i recently tried their jim beam burbon burger and it was delicious! the sauce is sweet, kind of like honey, with a tang of spicy. i personally like it a lot more than their teriyaki burger sauce.
others i would recommend would be the western bacon, guacamole burger, big carl, famous star, big hamburger.
their breakfast burger is also really good. it is like your breakfast platter combined all into one!
as for service, they are pretty good. from time to time, they have new staff, which are a bit slow, but it is okay. they make the burgers pretty fast.

I love how this place is open 24 hrs.
Other than that, the sandwiches are the same (bland).
One time we were here, it was raining at the drive thru and the bag ripped as the lady handed the bag to us. She actually had the guts to blame us and said «next time be careful». Wow, the nerve… I actually had to just check Unilocal’s review guidelines to decide whether I should swear.

I don’t come here often only when I am starving and most places are closed. I had the Bacon swiss tender chicken sandwich and it was okay, they have done better in the past.
