Chase Bank

This is the closest Chase bank to my house and unfortunately I experienced some semi-​DIFFICULT customer service lol. Here is my feedback [and I am being reasonable because I normally give out 4 – 5 star reviews]:
What I needed to get done: Chase was LAGGING on sending me my business account checkbooks that I ordered a month ago so customer service told me to go to a branch to get COMPLIMENTARY temporary checks. When I get there, I tell an associate [who was the assistant manager from what I read on his name tag] what had happened and the guy tells me «Normally we charge for these temp checks, and if your business account does not allow these complimentary temp checks, can we charge your card?». I tell him «No» because Chase has lagged sending me my order + CS told me to get them as complimentary.
The associate goes to the back, and then another associate [who was the branch manager] comes out 2 – 3 minutes later with my temporary checks. Then now this man says «Normally we charge for those but I’ll comp them this time» piggybacking off something that’s already supposed to be «complimentary» to me given my situation lol. I told him «Oh really? Because I’ve been going to 3 different branches in Alhambra the past week getting these complimentary based upon my situation» [all the other surrounding Chase locations in Alhambra since 6 temp checks are the max you can get], what a joke. I walk out laughing in my head because it was the branch manager + assistant manager that helped me out. Terrible representation of this branch for such a SMALL service!
Moral of the story: The location is NICE but the small things can lead to the big things. I will come back here only if I want to deal with difficult service and get a kick out of it.

Very convenient parking, on my way to the coffee shop down the street, this is probably one of my favorite Chase locations just because the location is so good. Walking distance to many of my favorite restaurants, I just wished there were more than one ATM machine outside

Great team I was assisted by Ronny and Jay. They were very helpful in answering all my questions.

The staff was friendly & went beyond expected customer service. Will go here again when I need to! Thank You.

No lines, and Rick the teller was awesome. Fantastic service and great attitudes here. Ps this branch is paper less. Environmentally friendly, this is how a bank should be.

2 ATM outside. 2 ATM inside. 2 tellers inside.
New location with new ATM machines. You can withdraw $ 1 & $ 5 from the inside ATM machines.
& there’s Chase Bank parking inside the parking structure.

Great customer service but there is only one teller. There is one ATM outside.

I’m so happy to see a new Chase in the neighborhood!
It’s very small. There’s ATM’s inside and one outside the building. There’s no thick-​glass bank-​teller counters here. There’s two tellers and two desks. I’ve yet to encounter a line here but it may be because no one knows its here yet.
