This place is nice. The customer service is ok. I am moving all my stuff out as soon as I can. I sign up for 5×15 for $ 120. They increase the rate to $ 20 every 3 to 6 months. I am currently paying $ 160. I asked them if it was procedure to raise the storage $ 20 every 3 months. Basically the answer I got was yes. I don’t know about this, but it is way to much. I got a quote somewhere else and they told me that, if they do rise the storage, it’s only $ 3 or so. They are offering me 71÷2×10 for $ 105 monthly with 1st month free and $ 30 fee.

Online Support directed me to my local Extra Space Storage. Offered then locked in the best rate in town. The staff on location set me up with exactly what I required, no strings attached, no hidden fees, including one free month rent. PLUS the entire complex is freshly renovated with new paint, high tech security, and super friendly staff. Total Win Win!!!

South Pasadena, CA
Reserved a space online, got a call confirming less than an hour later, and when I went to do the paperwork the next morning, Arnold was very personable and helpful. This place is great, as all the units are ground level — no elevators, and the price is right. Would highly recommend.
