i have an appointment at1030 but they didnt wrote my name in the listi don’t know why so they put my name on the end of the list. i wait for 1 and half hour and there were still two ppl ahead of me and i had to drop my car at deaLER at 1215 so i left and i ask if i can come back they said i should call back. i callED them at 1230(doctor take off at 1) they said dortor is goingto take a break so i have to come back at 3 pm. wtf ok so i went back at 2:30 just in case i can see doctor at first. the doctor didnt show up untill 3.45pm. and she looks really mad. she check ed me for only 5mins and give me prescription and didnt tell me what not to or should i wear contact lenses any more. and when she check me she didint say anything she just did it and i was totally shocked. because she put some drop on my eye i dont know what for and she use some stick to measure something, it is almost on my eye makes me feel terrible. why doesn’t her just tell me like i am going to do something… … i will never come back again

Dad went into the office to get his prescription, their service was fast however they lacked in customer service. They were generally rude and my dad later found out his prescription was wrong. Furthermore he had to go to another optometrist for another prescription which ended up costing him even more money. So this may be one of those odd coincidences as this was our first time here. Hopefully others have a better experience.

Mondays to Fridays from 9AM to 5:30PM except on Thursdays and Saturdays, in which case the office is only open in the morning. Make an appointment to save time, although it’s not necessary. I came after work; only took me around 30 minutes to get two updated prescriptions on glasses and contacts. I’ve been coming here since I was in the 4th grade(darn reading under the covers with a flashlight). So if you’re a long-time patient, you are exempt from the co-payment.
