slow service, non oe parts, short crapy warranty VERY expensive-What ismael said above is true, a ZERO star is what they deserve! NO customer service, rip you off policy’s and prices and no support after the sale. This company is only in business to take your money-again and again

I will begin by saying that if I could give a zero star, that’s what this company would get. Took in a new JB vacuum pump which would not turn on right out of the box. I took it in in good faith, they’re diagnosis was a «bad motor», I paid a diagnostic fee and opt out. I then called the manufacturer JB, described my problem and they linked me to their website which had a simple diagram as to a mis-wire issue for 220v. I followed the instructions and 10 minutes a later, my pump is working! Wow! I would have thrown my band new unit away if I had not made the effort myself to fix it. I emailed Merced picture of videos and pictures, explained situation and requested a refund based on their incorrect diagnosis, and was declined. Wow! I can’t believe that they would not accept responsibility for their poor quality and incompetent service. Save yourself a headache. Call the manufacturer first And find another servicer. I’ve been a Unilocaler for a couple of years and this is the first posting I have ever posted. I felt based on the extremely negative experience, it was merited.
