I have been trying for over 1 week to schedule an appt. There is no live attendant so you are forced to leave messages. I have called numerous times and emailed them after finding an email address online. Since Dr. Chiu specializes in pain management, needless to say I’m in a great amount of pain. I have never experienced such poor patient care from a medical professional. I think this may be an omen that I should request a different doctor to perform this procedure. They may actually be doing me a favor with their non-responsiveness.
