I had to pick up some quick products for my gf and some family friends. This place was convenient and quick. And when I had a complaint about a price discrepancy they adjusted it and offered me some free swag. Good people.

I love this place!!!
They have all the high end beauty products that I use. They’ll even beat other competitors prices. The staffs are really friendly and they are SO helpful.

Like the above poster Dalila, I purchased a GrouponNow deal that was supposed to be used today from 9 – 5 pm. I arrived at the store at 4 pm (30 minutes ago!) and they were CLOSED. No hours of operation were posted on their storefront, their website, and weren’t even available through their phone number. So I gave them a call and left a scathing message about their inability to hold up their part of the bargain.
I am ANGRY that they wasted my time and money through their DISHONESTY.
Isn’t the whole point of them teaming up with Groupon to gain new clientele? Well, guess what? They just lost out because of their extreme UNPROFESSIONALISM. If they wanted to jip me so I couldn’t use the deal, they should have never signed up with Groupon in the first place.
PUKEphoria OWES ME GAS MONEY AND AN APOLOGY. I will also be letting Groupon know that they can forget about doing business with them in the future.

I purchased a groupon that could be redeemed only on the 19^th of Dec. I drove all the way to Alhambra from West Los Angeles… only to find the store closed. No sign outside, no store hours, nothing. I waited till after 1:00, to see if they were closed for lunch (no place to hang out around this store by the way!), but no sign of life! I was totally disappointed, to say the least. If I were to become a customer, well I totally changed my mind. You should not post hours 9:00 — 5:00 if you don’t actually open the doors.

I went online looking for a Dermalogica vendor in or near Alhambra. What luck, purePhoria was right down the street on Main! I drive past this location everyday on my commute and I’ve never seen it! So I walked in, and there was a wide selection of hair and skin products.
The guy, sorry his name slips my mind, was extremely helpful and very nice. In the end I bought what I was looking for and he gave me a ton of samples!!! I bought some Dermalogica products and also the Philessential antioxident serum, that he suggested since it was less expensive than a similar product that I was looking for! Definately going back!

Specialty store of hair care and cosmetic items. Go online, check their collections, and if you have questions or want to take a look at products, you can stop by this store! Such a convenient!

Joey, you’re the MAN!!! This guy won the Most Patient award the day my sister and I rolled up into the store.
Okay, so the store will not win any interior decorating awards any time in the near future. However, if you’re looking for fantastic skin products like iS, Kinerase and Glo for a fair price, this is where you want to go. They carry a broad range of skincare AND haircare products.
My sister left with a huge amount of glotherapeutics products and an intact bank account that didn’t hemorrhage dollar signs. I left armed with a few brands I want to try out and knowing PurePhoria will be here when I’m ready to shop.
If they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, never fear. I’m told it can be ordered and available. Nice.

You may think, «purePhoria»? Never heard of it. And just dismiss this store. WAIT A SECOND.

PurePhoria does not have the most welcoming entrance, nor ‘high-​class’ décor… but I suspect that the owner spends his dollars not wasting it on unnecessary fluff, but rather REAL cost savings for huge brands… I don’t know about you but I’d rather walk into a mediocre store and save save save, then to have to spend extra dollars in a really suped up store.
This store holds the largest selection of hair care and skin care brands. What I love most is that not only can you find all the big-​brand names you need at competitive prices, purePhora also carries hard-​to-​find boutique brands that are less common, but REALLY good. I think this store also has some focus on hard-​to-​find Japanese brands. which I LOVE. Examples, Crede hair care from Japan, and purePhoria is even one of the few locations in LA (I think there’s only a handle of locations across the nation) that carry Marie Louise skin care!
