I am not usually writing reviews, but this is my bad experience dealing with sapphire auto group, me and my husband trust them to sold our car, we financially unstable and need some cash. So friend of my husband was introduce us to this dealer, which i regret our decision. I shared my story so other people would not have or feel the bad experience as we do. We drop our car to their place to sold it, they over price bellow the market, dude, i know how much my car wroth? they think that we were stupid, plus they was using our car for about 1000 miles (that hurt me the most) and damage the interior of the car. If you did test drive its not gonna take about 1000 miles. i could take them to the court if i want to. The day we decided to pick up our car they were refusing and keep delay and make up some reason so we did not pick up so soon. They know our condition which need money soon, they using our car they might think we would sole it for bellow prize. We asked them to responsible of what they might have done to our car, but they don’t have good intention or responsibility to cover our damage. They don’t have responsible on what they do, any they don’t care they reputation which by doing so the take away their customer trust. I can tell they are so unprofessional. I would give them minus Star if i could

Last year I went to Sapphire to look for a used Camry/​Accord in the price range of 12K-​15K. However, dealer persuaded me into buying a 2010 Lexus IS for 27K. I inspected the car carefully and trusted the dealer to hand in a car in good shape to me. However, only after purchasing the car did I find out that the car’s suspension has problem. Also, there was only one key and I had to spend $ 300 to get a new key made at Longo Lexus. Would not recommend this dealer.

I made my car purchase 3 months ago and I wanted to wait until everything is clear before writing the review and that time it now.
I have to admit, buying from a used car lot was not my first choice. Considering that this was going to be an expensive purchase (in my eyes) I preferred going through the process with a large dealership. Having looked for my particular car/​model I couldn’t find the right fit until I came across Sapphire Auto. My friend said that almost all the lots (big ones included) get theircars from auctions so I figured to give them a try.
Anthony & Kenny were great, as well as the rest of the guys. They passed my two deal breakers.
They let me take the car anywhere I wanted, freeway, open it up, putting it through the wringer.
They also had no problems with me taking the vehicle to certified AAA mechanic for a used car inspection.
The independent inspector passed the car and some tough negotiating later, the car was mine. Also while at the bank purchasing the money order, the bank manager recognized the company and said they get a lot of customers buying from Sapphire and that one of his employees purchased from them, no problems. My confidence for a good transaction was growing.
The only down side was that my title & registration took 3 ½ months to receive (they told me it could take 3) but that’s on DMV, not Sapphire.
Happy to report that I drove the car just fine back to San Francisco a couple days later and 3 months later the car has had no problems ! Great purchase and after my experience I can recommend them fully.

The owner and Anthony were nice and friendly. But bad luck for me, they gave me really bad car. after half year, my car still never get repair.

I’m here to expose the dark past of this dealer. They were formerly known as T1 Autobahn, I bought a car from them when they were still under the old name. I suspect they changed their name due to very bad reviews. They were LUCKY to have the old Unilocal reviews of T1 Autobahn removed, but thanks to GOOGLE, I have found some old dirt out there:

Like some of the reviews written by others have said, this dealer does a lot of shady things. Apparently they did not have the title to my Nissan, which might be okay, but it took almost 2 months for me to get it because they could not get it from some auction place or other unknown party. I also found out after a week that the car had a bad cat, yet they somehow mysteriously got it pass smog. The owner Kenny, also promised me a few things to talk me into buying the car, but did not follow through. This included fixing the broken radio, missing hubcap, etc.
It has been a few years, so I hope that they have changed their shady ways like they did with their name…

Amazing Customer service !! I was Pleased with the process of buying a car at Sapphire Auto Group every step of the way. The staff is friendly and the cars where described and match everything posted on there site. They have great staff here that makes your experience easy and pleasant and no hassle.

I called sapphire auto group regarding an Acura they had for sale. Everyone was super friendly from the calls regarding the vehicle to payment plan. I was a little skeptic due to buying cars before and having horrible experiences.
Anthony and Juan were both great regarding my questions and even took the car to the Acura dealer for me, to get it checked out by Acura as I was there even Acura dealer said I was getting a great deal on the vehicle. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle right away.
This may be a smaller car dealership but their customer service and attention for detail is great. I hope you feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them.

Sapphire was awesome. I chose between 2 BMW 3 series — white and black and ended up getting the white. Juan was the salesman and he was extremely helpful. He has always been available by phone and was able to answer any questions after the sale was made.
There was even a large mark on my black car I was currently driving and I noticed it at the dealership. Immediately a gentleman appeared with a special cloth and formula and gently made the mark disappear before my eyes.
Sapphire was able to take care of everything with my financing and insurance with my bank and I didn’t have do lift a finger. They even took the extra step to fax something for me to my bank that they did not even need for their own records. Definitely recommend Sapphire auto group!

So far so good, had our initial visit today and picking up a car tommorrow. Hope all goes well so I can write a fantastic review. I take car buying serious and will buy many cars from a place depending on my experience with the dealer.

We purchased a used vehicle from Sapphire Auto Group in March and I felt the need to write a review because I had a great experience from start to finish with them. First of all, their sales clerk Anthony was great. As the previous review states, he is friendly, honest and trustworthy. My husband and I never felt like we were getting the typical «used car salesman pitch». They even threw in a free tank of gas for us. I highly recommend this car lot and highly recommend you go through Anthony. Thanks Sapphire Auto Group!

To reach Sapphire Auto Group, exit FREMONT ST off the 10fwy. Go north on Fremont and turn right on Valley Blvd. (It’s actually on the south side of Valley Blvd, just east of Fremont Ave.)
You’ll see the huge metal letters from their sign on the right side. Ask for Anthony — he is friendly, honest and trustworthy, and has a great reputation in my circle of friends. One of my friends just sold his Mazda Miata through Sapphire Auto Group, and took the money from the sale to upgrade into a beautiful silver Lexus IS. He’s had absolutely ZERO problems with it.
Because of my friend’s good experience in dealing with Sapphire, I decided to drop off one of my BMWs for a consignment sale at their lot. They received the car and detailed the hell out of it, and posted it on AutoTrader and all sorts of different websites so that people will see the car and buy it right away. In my case, I’m only selling a car through them — I’m not buying one from them right now, cause I just have way too many cars and not enough parking spaces at the moment.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them, and most likely will do so in the next 6 – 8 months. These guys told me if I’m looking for a particular kind of used car, I can tell them in advance, so they can help me find one online or though one of those dealer auctions. It’s likely that I’ll do this when I’m ready to buy a higher end car… but right now, I just have way too many cars in the garage.
