Scripps Kensington

Scripps Kensington is a great convalescent home for the elderly. The nurses and CNA are very nice. It is quite, clean and like staying in a hotel.
They have homes and a church on the grounds too. The hospital is also 5 minutes away, so your Dr is not far away.

So since my grandmother has come to the point where she needed 24 care after her visit to the hospital, and was recommended to take her rehabilitation at Scripps Kensington.
I am truly truly thankful to the staffs at Kensington, because they have done whatever they can in order to make my grandmother comfortable.
Lolita, the social worker at Kensington is wonderful to work with, and will always accommodate my family and I whenever possible. I’ve had meetings with the primary physical therapist, nurse, and nutritionist, and they have always been able to answer my every questions.
The only complaint (it’s not even their fault per say) is that they do lack Chinese speaking nurses, which sucks a little because my grandmother only speaks Chinese.
