Had a late night craving for some good coffee … When my Wife and I arrived we were the only one’s in the drive thru around 10:30. Tried to place our order but it seemed the drive thru teller wasn’t really paying attention to our order and of course when we received it, it was wrong. I know we should of tried our drinks first but we drove off. Wifey asked for no whip and got whip, I’d asked for an upside caramel macch but it didn’t come with any caramel. I know it was late but it wasn’t busy at all and they couldn’t get it right … Sad because we usually come here. Worker seems disengaged with her job. Sad to say Starbucks didn’t fulfill my craving tonight. Service + Drinks = Bad overall experience

For Thursdays they should change the closing time to 2330 instead of 0030 since the worker inside did not want to take my order. Everyone runs their own program I guess

Seems like a nice place but it isn’t when there’s on traffic time. I was lucky to get my parking spot in this small parking lot around 11 am. So many drive-through cars in the line already that makes passing through a long wait. It’s really busy café so please expect a long waiting time.

I often come to this Starbucks location as there is a drive through that’s pretty convenient for me when I don’t want to step out of the car. Even though this location has a drive through, there are some quirks. First of all, the line for the drive through is horrendous during peak hours… especially when it’s traffic time. Secondly, it’s hard to find parking at this location because of the shared parking with the bank, market, and other shops nearby. If you are looking for a Starbucks location where parking is easily found, I suggest you go elsewhere. Lastly, this location habitually runs out of the basic ingredients. Yes, it’s disappointing when you find out that you are unable to get the drink that you crave. If you want to avoid this problem, just drive on to the Starbucks on valley and almansor which isn’t too from this location.(Or just any other Starbucks in general). Though the baristas here treat their customers well, the drinks and the ambiance of this place does not.

I come to this location on my way to work, it is easy and convenient cause there is a drive-thru. But the design and layout is quite horrible. There is two way traffic entering the drive-thru and often time have to wait quite some time. This is the second time they screw up on my order via the drive-thru window. And normally if i pick up coffee for my boss, I do not taste it. Both times I have ordered Soy Latte and they give me a regular coffee with milk. I just hope it does not happen again… –_–

I’m sorry, but this has got to be one of the worst Starbucks around. First time around, I got lucky and found parking. I then waited in a long line, only to be stuck as drive-thru cars blocked me from getting out for quite awhile. Second time around, I got lucky and found parking. I then waited in a long line, only to be stuck as drive-thru cars blocked me from getting out for quite awhile. On top of that, they ran out of whip cream and didn’t tell me until I picked up my drink. I was in a hurry, so I took it as it. Who in their right mind would go through the trouble for a refund after waiting so long. I noticed a lot of others were not so happy as well. Wouldn’t it be nice to let you know you’re out of whip cream at the door? Third time, I thought I’d be smart about it and go through the drive-thru. I tried to be nice to those who needed to leave from their parking spots. The coffee I got today felt like they watered it down. They should call it Arco coffee. My recommendation: Go to the Starbucks at Alhambra Valley Shopping Center less than 2 blocks away on Valley, East of Atlantic OR the one a little farther on Mission and Fremont near Kohls.

Pros: –Drive through, although the parking lot and drive through orientation is crowded and not ideal. –Drinks were standard, free wifi, blah blah. Cons: –Lighting was a bit dim for me! –Seems like the workplace could get loud, as the tables are awfully close to the wait line.

I ordered one large iced greentea latte at drive thru. Maybe he did not get my order cuz at the window he asked what was my order again. I repeated the order clearly for him again, after that he came back with a hot drink. So I thought he didnt understand me well. I said im sorry but I wanted iced. I guess he got mad at me or something, he came back with an iced latte but not greentea. The fact is I buy it for my friend, but I dont want to waste more time and block a long line behind me. I guess next time I’ll have to drive farther for another location.

Wanted to thank again tonight’s Starbucks team. Thank you again for making sure I walked out that door with what I really wanted. I am a pumpkin spiced frapp lover and tonight it made my night. It was also made extra special, this is definitely one of the best Starbucks with great customer service I’ve been at as well as the most delicious frappé and lattes. Have a wonderful night, Happy Holidays and keep up the good work!

I’ve been here a few times before school and they have messed my order up every single time. They do not do well with anything that strays from exactly what they have on the menu. Tsk tsk. Last time I drove through the drive through and there were two male employees whipping each other with wet rags while another eggs them on. And the parking lot is atrocious… Enough said. As I stand and write this there are three separate unhappy customers at the service station. I had high hopes for this location when I started coming here but I’ll go out of my way to go to a different one.

Parking is very limited here and the drive through is always ridiculously long. The interior is also quite small, and often crowded. With that said, it still serves Starbucks-quality goods and drinks, so if you manage to squeeze yourself into the store/drive through, you’ll be blessed with the usual Starbuck-y taste of whatever you want to order. Not too much to say aside from that… check the Starbucks app to see if you can order via mobile here – it’s totally worth it if you can!

Me: «Hi! Can I get a refill for my cold brew?»(which I paid $ 3.25 for about 45 minutes ago) Barista: «Oh, did you buy it from here?» Me: «Yep. Why?» Barista: «Oh, because all the cups in our store have stickers on them. And this doesn’t have a sticker. We don’t allow refills for cups from other Starbucks.» Me: «Oh, I see. Well I bought it here.» Barista: «Well, we have stickers on our cups.» Me: «I bought it 45 minutes ago…» Barista: «Well, I’ll let you go this time.» Me: «…what are you implying?(That I brought a cup from another Starbucks, then lied about it to you?)» Barista: «Our cups have stickers on them.» Me: «…I don’t even care about the refill. I just want you to admit that I bought this drink here. And tell me that you believe I’m not lyin

4 stars because it is always packed!!! Especially in the morning when people want their coffee before work! I usually don’t go to starbucks because I’m not that bad of a coffee drinker but this morning I wanted some coffee. I like how starbucks is in every corner wherever you go, like a McDonalds. Anyways, my favorite things to order from any starbucks is Java Chip Frapp(like the chocolate chip pieces inside my coffee) or the iced caramel macchiato. Food wise, I love their berry reduced fat coffee cake! Warmed up tastes so much better. Has bites of blueberry and other berries inside the cake. Not too sweet and smells nice! My new favorite sandwiches from here is the Turkey pesto panini. Bread so soft when its warmed up, layered with turkey breast meat, roasted red bell peppers and the pest sauce spread on top=awesomeness!!! smells so nice too! You guys gotta try it! $ 5.95 for the sandwich.

I really don’t know why I keep coming back to this location. Maybe it’s out of convenience. I love a good chai latte and this location seems to continue to make me steamed milk with a «hint» of a chai taste. They are trying to save money I guess by not giving you the full amount of chai powder to make this drink. Everywhere else I go, they seem to be able to make me a decent chai latte with the full flavor of chai. That is not the case with this location. I am done. Never coming back. I’ve wasted enough $ 4 /steamed milk and I’m not giving them a dime more.
