Upgrade Auto Service has been my trusted mechanic for many, many years. Michael is fantastically honest and tries to keep costs down, never suggesting unnecessary work. For a few years before I started going to Upgrade, I did maintenance work with a nearby dealership, and without fail, they would recommend costly work and fluid changes that I later realized were not even recommended in the schedule. Michael also is a great troubleshooter; once, when I was trying to get an engine light problem resolved in San Francisco, the mechanic I showed the car to up here couldn’t figure it out, but Michael was able to. Upgrade is great; it just might be hard to find because it shares a space with CSC, but Upgrade Auto Service is there.

David is a very honest guy. He will never recommend any repair if it’s not necessary. Know him and have him repair all of my car for last 15 years. Trust him with all the work he done on my car :)
