Pizza Hut

This place jips you your order so all that money you spend they probably keep because they give you incomplete orders. Twice already, no more! I hate you Pizza Hut! It also take more than 2 hours to deliver!

We enjoy their salad bar and supreme pizza but the service at times is poor… they hire kids and they really do not understand customer service. If it was not for the good food, we would NEVER return!

Extremely slow!!!
My mother took my daughter, my husband, her, and myself here for dinner. We walked in and we’re told to seat ourselves even though there was a «please wait to be seated sign». The waitress took our drink order, brought the drinks, then took our meal order. We ordered a stuffed crust super supreme (large) and an order of garlic cheese bread. And asked for the chocolate dessert bread sticks for the end of the meal otherwise my 3 yr old wouldn’t eat her food, she’d just want dessert. It took about 30 minutes to get the bread… And then about another 45 minutes to get our pizza… Our waitress never came to check on us once other than to bring our food and we watched other customers clean their own tables so they could sit
down. The place was not overly busy, so I don’t know why tables were left dirty… And we had to go track down our own eating utensils. Needless to say we were unhappy and ready to go so I asked if the dessert was ready, if it wasn’t I was going to cancel it… But, thankfully to our surprise it was and we got it to go. My mom refused to leave a tip because the service was so horrible. Sad too because years ago when pizza hut was in the mall area by where Bealls once was and dollar general and rent-​a-​center still are it was a very good place to go for pizza.
We actually witnessed people walk out without eating. Which we’d probably have done also if we hadn’t already promised my 3 yr old starving daughter pizza and we really didn’t want to deal with disappointing her after telling her multiple times if she wanted pizza we’d get pizza.
