Benny (owner of EK Media) as you read this review I’m certain your only reply will again be SORRY, I APOLOGIZE.
My wife and hired Benny and EK Media for our wedding in June of 2013…10 months later we finally got our video. Here are some additional details and questions you may have.
We paid EK Media in full ($ 1899) prior to our wedding. So our 10 months of waiting was not due to any payment issues on our part.
Did we try and contact EK Media during this 10 months? YES, 10 – 20 emails, multiple phone calls. All we received in return were broken promises and a mediocre final video AFTER 10 MONTHS !!!
I can go on and on and on and on about why you should not use this company but the fact it took 10 months to get our video should be enough for you.
