Mike and his crew were really kind and helpful. When they packed up my smokey smelly belongings I thought there was no way they would get the smell out. My belongings were cleaner than ever before. I would recommend Servpro of Laguna Beach to anyone who has had a fire.

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews – this company is horrible. We had some recent water damage in 5 rooms, and they were inefficient in deploying resources and drying equipment with a different crew every day. When you would complain, one crew would say it wasn’t them but the other crew or you should call the office but when you call the office you never get to speak to a manager, but must leave a message or email them to a adm. email account that changes frequently. They did a horrible job of tearing out baseboards and door casings, even when not required (increasing our costs for restoration). When they had to demolish the tile floors in several rooms, they did not use any care, and splattered, glue base under the tiles all over walls, furniture, and baseboards (that remained). No using gloves or any care, they placed dirty hands and fingerprints with the grime and glue on walls, upholstered furniture. Pulling out the refrigerator and taking base boards out of the kitchen, they scratched wood floors. Our restoration contractors have indicated that they hear also nothing but complaints about this company. They were first out here over a month ago, and despite multiple requests, we can’t even get a bill out of them to review and contest. If they are collaboratively working with insurance claim departments, who recommend them, they should be taken off the recommended list for any insurance work. In our case, our insurance company will get a full report of how horrible this company is.

I was unbelievably impressed with the work of Servpro Laguna Beach, Dana point, Aliso Viejo and West Anaheim. I had a water leak a few days before Thanksgiving. James and JJ came out right away and assessed the damage. Within hours their team was in control of the situation. Aaron, Alex and Frank worked tirelessly over the holiday weekend and for two weeks afterward to remove the damaged flooring and drywall and ensure that my house was left in a safe and mold free condition. They took care of everything from liaising with the adjuster to removing my furniture and ensuring that it was safely kept in an outside location. Truly A+ customer service from a personable, professional and very competent team!!! I would highly recommend this great company to anyone with water damage.

Very impressed on how all the staffs at this location are all very friendly and professional.

These guys helped us renovate our bathrooms, locker rooms and showers in our gym. The workers are friendly, personable and efficient. I would be quick to refer them out to any home, office or business that needed some quick repairs or renovation.

So I recently returned to my home from a thanksgiving vacation to find out the supply line to my toilet bursted. I had no idea how to go about this, so I called my insurance State Farm they referenced me to Servpro for the clean up. So servpro showed up and just started taking care of everything, they explained the whole process and what needs to be done from packing out my whole house to ripping up my wood floors that were ruined. I just wanted to thank servpro of laguna beach for helping me out in this crisis Time in my household, even though my house is still being reconstruction, it’s always reassuring to know that the professionals dried out my house and I won’t be living with mold !!!
