You CANNOT cancel your membership whenever you want, unless your moving out of state or have a medical reason you can never work out again. The facility in Riverview closed, so all the equipment from there has been moved to this location making things very crowded. All I wanted was to go in peace and work out, instead you have classes taking place with loud music and instructors. The TV always seems to be set to cartoons on Sat morning also. The first initial workouts with a professional are simply just with the young girls working there. One workout mine left me on my own and joined a kick boxing class while the phone rang off the hook. Bathrooms and locker room are nice but small since Riverview closed, it is crowded now too. All in all, when my membership is up, I’m seeking another gym that is cheaper and larger.
