Friendly staff. They do great work and offer to correct any mistakes with minimal inconvenience to the customer.
However, they have a driver that is the most grumpiest person I’ve come across in a long time! Apparently my car was hindering him from parking close to the door. It was NOT marked and I and everyone I’ve ever seen parks there. The blue van he drives was only marked DRY CLEANING on the back (not visible to me) So instead of simply stating his request, he stares me down like I’m a man and twice my age. It was frightening cause I had no idea who he was or why he was using his laser vision on me. I had to make a run back inside the cleaners and that’s when one of the employees let me know their driver was needing to get in a certain spot. I went right out and apologized to the gentleman and told him I had no idea but that I would’ve moved for him if I’d only known that he needed me to. This guy proceeds to slam his doors stare at me angrily & never acknowledges a word I spoke. I apologized again anyways and hopefully he has a better rest of the day
*so avoid this place on Friday mornings around 10a lol
