This is like the kiss crowd. All mid 40s, all seem cool. Decent place to drink and bowl. I’ve been before and will go again

The man that used to work customer service was awesome. We came back here and there was a «new girl» that said she had been here for 8 years. She proceeded to tell us that they didn’t charge by the hour, which we used to pay. She cut our bowling time while she actually bowled herself with the «bartender» two lanes next to us with their friends, without shoes for all. After our game was up, which was premature, she decided to argue with us and insult us with calling us «honey» and threatening to call the cops when I asked for the owner’s information, whom she said was her father in law. I’ve never been so annoyed and disrespected with the service I PAID for. In trying to obtain the necessary contact information to complain, we were denied. As we were walking out, we had one of the worker’s friends Inquire with what was going on, which is no one’s business besides those involved with the company. Whoever is in charge of this facility will lose money based off of poor customer service and I will not recommend to anyone-​We will NEVER return.

They do great kid birthdays Party’s before 5pm. They were very accommodating and we had a ball. They served large pizzas and let us bring in our own cake. Although I dont think its a good place for 6 years olds bec they never even played the game but they ran in circles around the air hockey table. this place goes back to regular after 5pm on Saturday. any time before that its like Chucky cheese
