Like the previous reviewer, I loathe Sprint stores. Along with what she stated, they usually manage to screw up something; either we are charged an activation fee that was supposed to be waived or «accidentally» signed up for an insurance plan we didn’t ask for. Still, we dropped in here today during our lunch hour to shop for new upgrade phones. The employees were friendly, but the young lady Stacey, was a stand-out. She answered all of our questions about different types of OS’s, functions, etc… She made suggestions but was never pushy. We didn’t purchase anything or make changes to our service so I can’t speak for that part of things, but our initial visit was much more pleasant than in other stores.

Thank God for this Sprint store. I’m serious. I’ve had Sprint for… almost ten years. Every store I have been to is always ridiculously packed, where you’re left waiting for at least 20 – 30 minutes just to have to drop your phone off for two hours, and where nothing you ever need to be replaced is in stock. I’ve always dreaded going. Always. Ever since this store opened, it’s my «go-to» now. I’ve been four times and each and every time, I’ve been waited on as soon as I stepped in the door, my problem was solved, and all of the employees knew what they were talking about/doing. There are always a lot of employees working, so even with a packed store, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Parking sucks, but that’s only because it’s in a cluster of other popular stores and restaurants.
