Love this place it’s walking distance from my home, and have a variety of choices and really good food. I gave it 4 stars bc it’s not always consistent with freshness, but when it hot & fresh it’s delicious!

The drive through is the worst one I’ve ever had to go through, pretty much all the time. I gave an extra star because my chicken quesadilla was actually cooked today. Usually, the cheese is still shredded. Maybe that’s why it took so long? They actually cooked the food!

It’s difficult to review a chain fast food place like this because they have so little control over the taste of the food or the food choices available. So when you Unilocal a fast food place like Taco Bell, you’re comparing it to all the other Taco Bells out there and you’re Unilocaling the service and cleanliness more than the actual food. So, this place has great service. The person who takes your order is always friendly and they are quick to correct mistakes and will accommodate individual requests(eg, hold the beans, throw some of that sauce you use in the burritos on my nachos instead, etc). But the wait time here is horrible. They just can’t handle high volume, which is surprising given the fact that it’s fast food. So as much as I’d like to give them three stars or even 3.5, they only get two because every time I’ve been here it’s been at least 20 minutes before I get to the front of the line.

I just spent 15 minutes in the drive-thru at this place, during which time they served a total of 2 cars while a line of 12 or so formed. I drove off about 10 minutes after placing my order, since only one car had been served in that time and there were still 3 more in front of me. Forget this Taco Bell.

This is a pretty bad-ass Taco Bell. I visit whenever I’m at The Hill and get that Doritos Locos urge… oh yea, you know the growl I’m talking about! The people who work here are generally very friendly and efficient. I’ve noticed they always repeat back your order and ask for your name when you’re dining in… and they actually call your name when your order is ready. Luckily, I’ve never had a messed-up order. I’m not really a drive-thru kinda gal so I can’t speak to their accuracy or speed in that department. The dining area is usually clean; he cashier seems to clean when there’s downtime. Their condiment/napkin bar is usually well-stocked. This Taco Bell also has lots of seating including booths, tall tables and regular tables. If the Doritos Locos urge hits while you’re getting your shop on, check out this Taco Bell to satisfy the craving.

Stay away period. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. There is always a long wait, inside or drive thru. They will only open one register no matter what. They never give you a knapkin and you almost have to beg for sauce when at the drivethru window or you don’t any. Whoever is supposedly managing this place at night needs to be fired. They are not running this place. I was just given a bag of broken up tacos. It was obviously dropped on the floor and they just gave it to me anyway. Try eating this mess without a fork. I will go to the Schaffer Road store from now on.

Stay away from there for about 11:00 am to about 2 pm. I literally waited for 35 minute to just order 2 chicken flatbread. Finally I got up to counter to find out the girl taking the order was a newbie! Where’s the manager to comprehend, that this cashier training in the middle of Fords lunch break… is not the best hour to train, may I suggest off-peak hours. I only stayed because I kept thinking anytime now I’ll make it to the counter, no such luck. I’ll drive out of way next time I want Taco Bell! No training during peak hours!
