We had a fantastic experience with Air Comfort Solutions. They came out fast to look at our problem and provided us with a new furnace the following business day (bid was day before Thanksgiving, and repair was black Friday!).
Initially, their bid was higher than a competing company because it provided additional features; however, once Bryan and I discussed the product differences and what was more important to us, Air Comfort was able to meet the other bid. The work was completed fast, and once it was all done Tim came by our home to inspect it and go over the new furnace with us.
The warranty (1 yr on labor, 10 yrs on parts!) was mailed to us as promised as we recieved it just two business days after the install.
We will being using Air Comfort Solutions again for our next HVAC issue.

We are so pleased with the service we received from ACS. One of our AC units wasn’t pushing cold air and Bryan quickly assessed the problem, then resolved it within an hour. We had cold air just hours after calling! His recommendations are sound and he provided friendly advice on how to maintain our system with no pressure to purchase additional services. Very highly recommended!

This is in response to the owner’s reply, «I was never given any information about the repair costs quoted that evening and nothing was written on the invoice.»
I still have the invoice that was given to me by Nick. I knew this day would come. He has mentioned the price for the motherboard as $ 1350 to $ 1500 and for the new furnace as $ 2892 on the invoice. When he wrote down the price, he was talking to someone over the phone and was confirming the price with him/​her.
If there is an option to attach a file along with this review, I would have uploaded a copy of the invoice.
