Great service. Quoted an arrival time between 12 – 2 and rang our door bell at 12:30. Repair done quickly.. .on a Sunday.. . in the rain! Oh, yea, did I mention that they came out on Sunday! Will be using Allen Garage Door Service again. Also, when we mentioned a birthday party we needed to go to, he offered to come back later in the day, so we wouldn’t miss it!

I can go on and on telling y’all how great their service is, but that gets boring.
Summary: you’d be making a mistake going with anybody else.

I am very happy with our experience today. We called at 7:45 am. Roger came at the quoted time, and was friendly and efficient getting our garage door springs repaired.
Hopefully we will have no need to call soon, but I will definitely use them again!

Great experience today — I went straight to them vs. my home warranty company because I wanted it done quickly and, more importantly, correctly. Roger took the time to thoroughly explain issues and cost. Highly recommended!
