The staff was very nice and helpful. They even went through the trouble of collecting the premium paid to our old carrier for us.
I only gave 3 stars because I haven’t had a claim yet (and hopefully won’t) to know how good Allstate is as an insurance provider.
I also took a star off because my previous claim experience with them (one of their customer’s t-​boned me after running a stop sign) wasn’t a good experience and I ended up having to surrogate Allstate, and won. I’m hopeful that won’t be my experience as a customer.
