I heard about Biggby coffee when I picked up a goodie bag for a 5k and there was a bogo coupon in there. Although I didn’t use the coupon(I was by myself), I decided to come in. The barista was really nice when I came in, asking if I had a rewards card, and asking if is been there before. I don’t love coffee, but if I get sluggish enough, I can stand it if it’s partially disguised with some sweetness. I got an iced butter bear latte and it was pretty awesome(even though it had the coffee taste). With my dislike of coffee, I don’t think I’d be able to taste nuances between chocolate+butterscotch vs chocolate+vanilla, so I might not get a coffee drink next time I come. However, some of their tea lattes look very intriguing– I love the variability here! Also, before I came, I looked at their website and was pretty astounded by all the latte options, but was surprised to see only 6 or 7 up on the menu board. I know having all of the flavors up there would make for a very cluttered menu, but it might be nice if there was a laminated printout of the plethora of flavors they offer that aren’t on the big menu. The loss of one star was just because the environment wasn’t super cozy like I’d want in a coffee shop.

I wasn’t too impressed with this coffee shop. I’m a regular Starbucks customer and have experimented with practically everything on their menu. I tried some sort of cookie shake here and it tasted like a slightly burnt cookie mixed with ice cream. Some people like their cookies that way, but it wasn’t for me. I’ll probably try here a few more times and update my review after that.

This place is awesome! The service is fantastic and the drinks are delicious. I had a frozen mocha caramel and loved every single sip. This will be my new treat on hot afternoons. I can’t wait to try some of the other flavors. One of the people in line told us about the giant book they have with tons of different options for drinks. My boyfriend had a cup of the brewed coffee and contrary to the idiot below who was too lazy to put her own cream in her coffee, he liked making his coffee exactly the way he wanted. He mixed two different kinds of coffee together. The Michigan Cherry coffee is very good! The lazy idiot also is wrong about the price. His coffee was only $ 2. Way better than the green corporate giant and NOT burned! The baristas told us about a chocolate cherry au lait they make with the Michigan Cherry coffee and then went above and beyond and made us one for free so we could try it! We will definitely be back.

Was excited to come here because of the good reviews! First thing I notice, prices are hecka high. I ordered the smallest drink of frozen hot chocolate for $ 5 and a tear may have fallen from my eye :-(service was great and fast, they let me and my friends stay for an hour and a half… The drink itself wasn’t fantastic, and I still can’t get over how I paid $ 5 for the smallest drink!

We had a BOGO coupon in the mail and thought we’d try this place out for a change. Starbucks can be a little slow at times, and sometimes we need a bit of variety. First off, they can make almost any flavor coffee. Blackberry, raspberry, butterscotch and more. My wife had the caramel marvel & I had the honey bear, which had caramel and butterscotch. We both loved our drinks! Price is about the same as sbux, but with a BOGO, it was a great deal. They also have a frequent drinker reward program. I think buy 12 and 13th is free(same as sbux, well at least through March that is) They didn’t offer us a rewards card — either they forgot or because we had a bogo, it didn’t count. Wifi was pretty strong, although it would«burp» every once in a while. It wasn’t very busy there either, so plenty of space and quiet enough to do some work. I didn’t see much in the way of hot food, perhaps some muffins. I’ll have a better look next time. Staff were very friendly. We would go back again, especially since we still have some coupons left.

I first tried Biggby when I was visiting some friends in Michigan. It was fantastic! I was very excited to find out there was one here in Texas! Their regular drip coffee is fantastic and their espresso is even better. I’ve tried many of their drinks and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is always so friendly & warm too. I just wish I lived a closer to Allen!

Great staff and delicious coffee! I ordered the Teddy Bear and loved it. It was not too sweet and I love the coffee dominating the flavor over the chocolate/carmel.

Great coffee with tons of drink options that will suit anyone’s needs. They have tons of off the menu drinks that are all delicious! Also they have several brewed coffee options everyday and offer sampling cups before you pour your own cup! How cool!

Wife loves the coffee better than the other coffee place. Service is always fantastic, and the kids love the cup of whip. And the pup a Chino is a hit with the dog. Our new favorite coffee place.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are always happy and pleasant. Even though there are 3 coffee shops closer to my home, i always drive a little further to Biggby for their superior quality! I come here at least once a week. The Zebra latte is my favorite drink! Their smoothies are great too.

We went here looking for something outside of Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. You know maybe a little cheaper, maybe a little better, a little more original? Well, it was an epic fail. The menu was confusing with too many choices. The drinks were about the same price as a Starbucks run. And the final nail in the coffin is, you have to put together your own hot coffee order– like pump it yourself out of the giant carafe, add sugar, creamer, etc. If I wanted to build my own coffee like that why would I pay $ 5 a cup when I can do that at home? This was my first and last visit.

Friendly, Helpful, Cost Effective for a Cup of Java! I don’t care for the taste of Starbucks coffee and they are overpriced based on my taste buds. Some of my favorites I pine for are the Frozen Peanut Butter Cup, Salted Caramel and Cinnamon Toffee. Now this coffee is prepared freaky fast and delicious!

The biggest reason I love Biggby? The staff! Everyone greets you with a sincere smile. They aren’t pretentious about their coffee but knowledgeable to help you figure out your order. If you love flavored lattes this is the place for you. My favorites(for the not as sweet tooth) Americano(watch out the 20 oz is a quad shot) with easy on the syrup and room for half and half, mocha with half the chocolate and in the summer go for an iced coffee with whichever flavor you desire. Kid tip: $ 1.99 steam or flavored iced milk. My son loves both! My one request? I wish they offered almond milk. Regular milk and soy only.

Biggby has the best tasting espresso which therefore makes all of their coffee beverages taste amazing. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill beans! Also, the baristas are some of the nicest people you’ll meet in the area.

Forget Starstruck, or whatever that place is called!!! That place is gives you bitter coffee and burnt milk cuz they are making 1,000 cups an hour. Go to BIGGBY and support local owners Steve and Shelly! They don’t grind beans or steam milk UNTILYOUORDER, so everything is smooth but bold, fresh, and custom made. Also, they will make any drink year round, so you don’t have to miss out on any favorite seasonal drink. Love them!

Now this place has some good frozen lattes! I had to drink decaf but I could still taste the coffee flavor. I drank the teddy bear which has caramel and white chocolate. Word of advice don’t go to their website and look at the nutrition facts. If you’re like me you probably won’t drink it. The prices are bit higher compared to Starbucks and Saxby but the drinks are worth the money. I got the grande size and my total was almost six dollars. The wait time isn’t long they make the drinks pretty fast. Plus it seems like a quick in and out kinda place. Not many were seated and it just doesn’t seem like a cozy place to sip and relax. They have other non coffee drinks and those are five dollars plus. Location is near Emler swim school and The Milk Pail.

Biggby is a michigan original coffee house, and I’m from Michigan, so seeing a Biggby down here was an awesome surprise. I love their coffee and would definitely recommend it. I recommend the sugar bear if you like coffee with caramel, and lots of sugar! I went in yesterday, and they were so nice to me!
