DFW Center for Fertility & IVF

I made an apt. for consultation with Dr. Beshay. The first apt went great and the staff was very helpful. I was told that for the labs that I needed completed, I could come in on a Saturday. I called to confirm this 2 times after speaking to Dr. Beshay. This turned out to be a BIG FAT LIE!
When it came time for my apt/​lab work, not only did the staff inform me (after 2 months of communication) that my labs would not be covered but they also told me that I could not come in on Saturday since «no other patients are scheduled then». Instead of giving me options, since I would have to pay a whole bunch $out of pocket, the staff was extremely rude and did not seem to give a care in the world. I felt like another number at this point. 1. they did not let me know that the labs wouldn’t be covered 2. they lied to me about when I would be able to come in.
I really hope that they don’t treat their other clients the way I was treated. Finding another doctor promptly. Thanks for nothing!
