Plano, TX
I have used this enterprise location countless times for driving trips when a van or SUV was required. I always plan ahead and I have never had an issue getting the requested vehicle. The service has always been fast and friendly and they always offer me the best price. I am so glad to have this enterprise location right in the neighborhood. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be using this location for all my local rental car needs.

Yeah, the manager up there is rude and very unprofessional!!! Do not go there! They harassed me and scared me when I told them I’d have to wait to pay them for another week because I had to attend a funeral, and the manager Andrew Smith Said he would bug me until they got there money. I told him to please stop texting my personal phone and he wouldn’t! They didn’t even put my credit card down, the staff there doesn’t know what they were doing. It took us forever to actually get a car AND they have a horrible selection. Rude service. Go to the Plano one! So much better!!!

I’ve not seen such unfriendly and irresponsible staff till now. Even when a driver is available they don’t pick you up, they don’t have sufficient cars, don’t call for backup until you show up, you end up spending a lot of time in their office waiting for a car to come and your day is screwed.
