I really liked the front desk girls, they were all very sweet and funny. I didn’t have to wait very long for my appt. The tech who did my sonogram could have been a little nicer I think but I would go back if I had too.

My husband had an appointment and was a little early. This was for a simple X-ray. After he waited quite a while, they came out and took in a person who was a «walk-in» instead of him. (–2 stars) He is in a LOT of pain from recent surgery and ended up waiting over an hour. (–1 Star) Not one person apologized to him for the ridiculous wait. (–1 Star) Everyone was very friendly, as usual. (+1 Star) That’s why I’m not giving a ONE STAR review.

Probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It can be an overwhelming process if you’re claustrophobic like myself but the technician was so great and made me feel as comfortable as I could feel during my MRI. The man that did my CT scan was awesome also. And I called to give the office a heads up I might be late (I made it on time) the lady who answered was so understanding and kind about it. I wish these were my coworkers :)

I actually like this place enough that I requested it from my referring doctor when there default was to send me somewhere else. I have come twice now for scan of my gall bladder, and the service has just been great. Very professional, kind, and courteous. Other people I witnessed interacting with the staff were also treated so well. «Can I open the door for you?», «Thank you and have a great day», «Feel free to stay until you finish your coffee». Treats in the waiting room are a nice touch (cookies, hard candies, coffee, etc). My husband has come for xrays, and you dont need an appt. We highly recommend these guys.
