I HATE THIS PLACE! The Asian ladies here are soo rude! I brought my aunt here for a quick mani pedi and the place was full. The lady said it would take about 5 minutes to get to us but we told her we only had 30 minutes so we walked out and were about to head to another place that said they could take us right now, but the lady ran after us and told us she could do it in 30 minutes. We sat down and as soon as my aunts hands and feet were in the water the lady left to go work on someone else. We waited 5 minutes and then I reminded her we were on a time crunch.
She came over to start on my aunts nails and started gossiping about me. A few times she even told my aunt that I was mad and was rushing her too much, but I had told her we were in a rush from the beginning. If she did not have the time to do her nails then she should not have ran after us the first time.
My aunt had also asked her not to cut her nails short and to square them long but she cut them short anyways and rounded them! Then my aunt got a design on her nails and one of them was clearly crooked. I asked her to redo it and she said «You rush me, that’s why I mess up, you cannot rush me.»
Overall it was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon in my life! I don’t know how this place has gotten such a high rating! Do not support this place anywhere else is better!
P.S the floors do not look very clean, and I saw multiple bugs!
***If you’re looking for a better place in Allen try Villa Nails & Spa. I sent my dad there last week and he loved it! They’re a little more expensive but he said it was well worth it. They also offered him a choice of champagne or water and he said it was very clean.

The massage was great, but the amount of bugs I saw caused me much concern. I did not like that the technician took used gloves out of her case to work on feet, then returned the same gloves to her case after my treatment. Maybe her hands are protected, but are my feet? I was scared to put my purse on the floor with the bugs, and my nails were just finished when they guided out me out of the chair, even though I expressed concern that the polish was still wet. Of course, within 5 minutes, I had to come back in to touch up the polish. Though I really liked the massage, the bugs have turned me off to search for another place. And I guess whispering in foreign language is okay for nail salon customer service.

Love! Love! Love! I’ve been visiting this establishment for at least a couple of years now and the ladies never cease to amaze me. All of the ladies do a wonderful job, but Christina is my absolute favorite and the only one I allow to do my nails, pedicure and wax. Loooove the leg and foot massage during the pedicure. This is a great place and I wouldn’t go anywhere else (Unless Christina leaves.) Plus, they have complimentary wine! What else could a Diva ask for?! :-)

I came in late on Sunday and the ladies stayed late to get everything done that I asked for — lower leg, underarm and eyebrow wax with mani/​pedi. $ 116 for all of it (including cute flower with gem on my big toe for a bit of springtime whimsy.

Jessica treated me like a queen! And, it was late Sunday afternoon, right before closing! I highly recommend the $ 30 pedicure, which included a scrub and massage for my legs.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The techs are pleasant, they serve you a beverage of your choice while you’re there (including bottled-​water, soda or my fave, wine), they take pride in their work, and they are decently priced! My nails last over the 2 week typical time-​period and they don’t peel or crack easily. Polish usually lasts a long while. One thing I am particular about when getting acrylics (which I only do about a couple times a year) is that I prefer French manicure with a THIN white line, not that fat white tip that most nail salons do. They do this well. :) They also offer other services like waxing, pedicures and massages, but I don’t usually take on these services.
