I visited this location after getting off from work. The gal behind the counter was very short with answers when I asked about trading in a PS3. Didn’t even try to sell me on any options. I will take my business elsewhere.

Okay, so, I’ve gone here from time to time, since this Gamestop is the closest one to my home. I usually try to avoid it though, because the staff is ridiculous. Every time I’ve gone in, there have been different people working, and yet EVERY time, whoever is working there is a complete jerk. The staff here are short-​tempered and lead you to believe that they simply have better things to do with their time than to help you, the CUSTOMER. You’re better off visiting the location in The Village of Allen on Stacy Rd., they have a much better staff.

I’ve been in the store twice and both times they had what I wanted.
My only real complaint is the effectiveness of the employees running the checkout counter. It seems like most times I visit a GameStop there is a customer who has some issue that causes a line to form.
Last time it was someone who was upset because the store didn’t have his Pre-​Order of the Limited Edition of Duke Nukem Forever and there was apparently going to be «hell to pay» if he left the store without a copy of it.

Good selection of new and used games for all consoles. They also sell accessories and consoles that are new and used. They are guaranteed to offer you some sort of Gamestop membership card that is probably worth doing if you shop there a lot of are spending a lot on that visit because you get a discount of some sort (they can tell you more about it). They have a guarantee on used games for some number of days. No complaints.
