Marco’s Pizza

Fantastic pizza that uses REAL ingredients. It tastes like it was made fresh. Don’t want chemically laced pizza? Call Marcos! The people are always really nice, it comes on time, and the delivery guys/​gals are awesome.

This was for McKinney Marcos pizza sorry… I’ve never been to this one… But I’m willing to try if they are better than McKinney

I live within short walking distance from Marco’s and its Family Video appendage. We frequent Family Video (weekly), but have only ordered Marco’s pizza once. The pizza was fantastic… However we stick with Dominos (and sometimes Pizza Hut depending on coupons) because they’re a fraction of the cost. If you don’t mind paying more, Marco’s does make very good pizza. For us, however, it isn’t good enough to justify the higher cost when we consistently get good pizza from Dominos and/​or Pizza Hut. One thing that would make it worth the cost is if they had a vegan pizza option. Our family has three vegans. Dominos and Pizza Hut have vegan options but nothing that really caters to vegans. That could help them stand out in a very competitive market. … That or double decker (stuffed) pizza. Just my 2 cents! I do want this neighborhood business to succeed!

Wow. We really wanted to try this place. We’ve received a few different adverts in the mail. They all claim «We deliver». We looked online and it showed we were within the delivery area. We called to order, but the person who answered told me they don’t deliver to us after making me repeat my address 8x (seriously). I asked what their boundaries were for delivery since we receive mailers advertising that they deliver in our mail. Makes sense to deliver to areas that you send your «delivery» advertisements. The guy said he didn’t know what the boundaries were because they are just told to «enter an address and if the address shows up– we deliver. If it doesn’t –we don’t.» (Who knows if after 8 x’s of repeating my address, if he even typed the correct address in to his lottery system) Then, without any notice, he handed my call to someone else only to start this same conversation AGAIN from the start. Took me a minute to figure out I was talking to a different person before having the exact same conversation I just had– AGAIN. I even tried to give the 2^nd guy cross streets (Alma and Exchange), but he said «Uh, I don’t know. It’s not in our system so we must not deliver there». I mean really? It’s really too bad. Crazy Tomato’s it is!

Best pizza in Allen beats all the pizza chains …the only pizza we eat anymore! The price point can’t be beat and it’s always always great!!! And guess what!!! First and foremost ?!! It’s Always… ALWAYS the teens first choice!!! Never a disappointment… give it a try you won’t be sorry :)!

The Pizza’s are ok. but there are better options in Allen. (Crazy Tomato or Napoli’s)
The salads and sandwiches are kinda gross.

Yummy! I’m not fond of trying new restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised at Marcos. And the staff were very friendly when I picked it up.

Just about every Friday is pizza night for us!
The service/​people are wonderful, and their pizza, salad and subs are delicious. Plus, we get a free movie!

Surprisingly good food. Better than most of the bigger chains. Sandwiches on the menu, make a nice variety plus they’ll deliver and return movies to go with dinner.

This place is right by our house. I always forget about it. Tonight, we remembered. I order a thin crust 2 topping and the garlic cheese bread. Lights out is all I can say. I will make this our go to pizza place from here on out. I love thin crust and this was crispy and delish.

Tired of the typical chain pizza places. too greasy and sauce to bland or sweet. Decided to try Marcos Pizza. Glad we did. We order a meat supreme and a pepperoni, both on the traditional crust. The pizza was great, fresh, good sauce, good amount of toppings. We decided to order a large garden salad. It was fresh and plentiful as we’ll. we will be back.

This was quite good. The crust has an excellent texture – chewy but not doughy, with just the right amount of salt. They don’t overdo it on the cheese, either, which I like. I think their sauce was a bit lost, but I’ll have to sample more in future to say for certain. Delivery was fast and courteous, and the pizza was piping hot when it arrived. We will definitely order from them again.

Surprisingly good. I had low expectations given that Allen has some truly good pizza joints just down the street, but in a pinch these guys come through.

Completely disappointed! This locations is new (a month old) in our neighborhood and we decided to try it tonight for the first time. My wife was going to be driving by the location, so I ordered online and told her to stop by in 15 minutes. We ordered 1 pizza and some cheese bread. In my order confirmation they quoted a ready time down to the second, so my wife went in there right on time (actually a couple of minutes early). When she wasn’t home shortly after the quoted time, I called and she was still waiting and did not know what the issue was. 20 minutes later still waiting. Finally received the order 47 minutes AFTER the quoted time for pick-​up which was 15 minutes after we ordered. She is almost home, and I haven’t even tasted their pizza, but you can never overcome a bad first impression. Very frustrated that the employees couldn’t be more helpful and explain what was happening, or why things were so delayed. Unfortunately, she paid when she got there, or she would have walked out. We would never recommend this place to our friends.

Had mushroom & sausage pizza on original crust, cheese bread and meatball sandwich on wheat bun. Pizza was very good but could have used more sauce. Cheese bread was average but pizza sauce that came with it was very good. The meatball sub was very good but needed more sauce. I gave this place an extra star based on the side pizza sauce and knowledge that it would make everything a little better.
