Metrotech Pool Service is amazing! They are highly dependable, always doing the pool service exactly as they promise, and they go WAY BEYOND the extra mile for their customers! They are a real life partner for their customers, and we would never dream of any other company to clean and service our pool! Our beautiful pool is important to us, as our paradise in life, and Metrotech keeps our pool sparkling clean, 100% of the time!

I met Ken & the Metrotech team a little over a year ago and have been exceptionally happy with the service and care I have received from them.
Since I live out of state and was renting my house out, I needed someone I could trust to provide exceptional service and communicate all issues with me. I later learned that they provide irrigation service as well, so entrusted the updates and care of my sprinkler system to them as well. They would ALWAYS go the extra mile and then some to make sure I was happy, comfortable with their service and their staff. I can’t thank them enough for their constant devotion to keeping my pool spotless and running well. I wasn’t charged for so many things that they helped me with like, turning sprinklers on & off since I didn’t purchase a rain meter to automatically turn the system on/​off, periodically check & empty my skimmer baskets during unscheduled service days due to windy weather, provide discounted pricing on parts and equipment purchases, and sent me an itemized report every week for all service and water readings for my pool.
I have never met anyone who has gone so far out of their way to make me feel completely comfortable with the condition of my pool and sprinkler system.
I would recommend Metrotech to anyone who needs reliable, fairly priced pool service, hands down.

We used Metrotech because our pool builder used them. This company did our sprinklers and maintenance of pool for 1 month.
It took over a month for their team to figure out our sprinkler issue. This wasn’t because of the difficulty, but because of unprofessionalism. There were days/​weeks/​weekends where the weather was nice out, but no Metrotech. When they were out here, they would be around for maybe an hour and then leave. Other times they complained, griped to us how ‘hard’ it is. Isn’t that your job?
The pool service part wasn’t any better. When we had our free month of service, there is NO scheduling system for when they come over to clean your pool. they just show up out of their convenience. We have to keep our gates locked due to legal issues with having a pool and for some reason they didn’t understand that. Thank goodness my husband was home for the summer and was available.
Overall, I would not use them.
