This is my second visit here. The first time I tried it, it was horrible but I waited a few months and gave it another shot. Well after today’s visit, my family and I will not be back. As I’m waiting for the lemonade to be refilled, the lady moving the bagels around hits the corner of the rack and a few dropped on the dirty floor. She put down the pan and picked up th bagels from the floor and placed them back on the pan. She then put the pan on a different rack with the rest of pastries. We sat down at the only semi-clean booth available. Which was dirty, sticky and had crumbs all over the table and seats. As we looked around, the carpet, the walls and the back of the bench was absolutely disgusting. There were ants on the table. We got our food and my sister in laws sandwich had a hair on top of the cheese. Then my mother in law got a salad and they completely forgot to add dressing. Don’t get me wrong, those 2 are honest mistakes and it happens, but when they are on top of everything else, it was ridiculous.

I SO wanted to love this Panera. I’ve gone about three times and each time had different staff help me, and each time the service was worse than the previous time. Horribly long wait times. No apologies for lost orders or wait times. Lack of communication among team members and management is no help. The first time, I was gifted with one hour of alone time while I had a friend watching my little one. I ordered a hot chocolate and egg bagel sandwich. After 20min of waiting, and an empty hot chocolate mug, I inquired on my bagel. Oops, they had misplaced my order. 15min later I received it, but now how to rush eat it, rather than enjoy it because I needed to get home. The second time they«lost» my egg bagel sandwich order and my toddler had completely finished his breakfast by the time they found it, so I had to take it to go. The third, and final time. I arrived to a small line, no biggie, with about 5 people behind the counter and only one ringing. I ordered an everything bagel with egg and cheese along with a milk and pastry for my son. We found a table immediately adjacent to the register/pastry area. Roughly 10−15min after I had ordered a girl walked in and ordered all the remaining everything bagels. I assumed, since I’d ordered 10−15min prior my bagel was already happily being toasted and covered in egg and cheese. Yet another 10min went by when the acting manager, who took my order, comes out to inform me they are out of everything bagels. He acts as though they had been out before I ordered. When I called him on his LIE and communicated my disappointment in both his lack of morals he didn’t even apologize, but simply asked if I wanted another bagel flavor or a refund! Are you kidding me?! I was starving, so I chose another flavor and haven’t returned. I found an Einstein Bagel about 2 miles down the road and have been overly impressed with their service, customer service AND their egg bagels are much bigger and fluffier. Panera you had your chance, but blew it!

Coffee was good, sandwich was mediocre. I like that you can order at a kiosk so you can see a picture of each item. The layout is a little strange with a split level and huge lift in the middle of restaurant to make it ADA. Staff was having too loud conversations about the work.

I ordered the turkey avocado bacon sandwich. My only complaint is that the bacon was a little wimpy but other than that it was very good. There was ample seating, the place was clean, service was quick, and the employees are polite and friendly. I’d like to add that it pays to have a Panera card. It doesn’t cost anything and every time I go there(once every couple of months) I get something for free. Today I got $ 5 off my total bill. Yay!

Never again… It was like dining in a small dirty closet with strangers. From my table I could reach over to the adjacent table and dine there as well and hear conversations from 4 tables.

Standard Panera, except this one seems to be understaffed as trash tends to pile up at old tables for twenty or thirty minutes before being serviced. Also the place was swarming with flies… hardly what you want to see while eating! Also of note is that nothing here seems to be made fresh. Certain things you request specifically is met with the response that«it was already made that way, there’s nothing we can do». So they do try to come off as fresh, but it is not necessarily that way.

I used to eat at Panera a lot when I lived in WI but when I relocated to Dallas, I couldn’t find them as easily. The Broccoli Cheese Soup will always be my favorite and this store is conveniently located in the Shops at Watters Creek. The new rapid pickup option is great to run in and get a great meal during lunch without having to wait all day.

Love using the rapid pick up option with online ordering. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. I love the bbq chicken salad and the thai chicken salad. A shortbread cookie is always a good way to end a meal as well. Hubby loves the toffee nut, but I am allergic :(If you order online your order will be ready within 10 minutes and paid for ready to go. Don’t wait in line!

Panera sure has changed. We could not find a table to sit at since all were either occupied or needed to be bused. When did people stop clearing their own tables here. They seemed to be backed up in the busing table department. The food was good as usual. The new soba noodles and the quinoa bowls were good. Still a good place for lunch.

Ehh food was alright, not worth the $ 8 for some cheaply made pasta and the location itself was nasty dirty. It would have been cleaner to sit outside. The table lamp shade had food splatter all over it and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Then as I got up there was food stuck to the bottom of my shoe! The cashier Amanda seemed like she was just so «thrilled» to be at work. When I asked to ad something to the order she got annoyed and told me she would have to go and void the whole thing and start completely over. Um we hadn’t even paid yet! Won’t ever be back to this location.

My grandson’s favorite place. He loves soup and dunking the bread to get every last bit. I love the diversity of salads but prices are on the high side. Nice booths but u get your own drinks and often crowded.

This is my first panera visit in Texas. The two stars are indicative of my bad experience today. 1. Location was dirty and tables were haphazardly placed. 2. Napkin holders empty and a friendly reminder didnt seem to work 3. Order taking was very slow. 4. Later i am told, that the soup I ordered was over and that replacement Soup, I requested was completely forgotten and after a long time I had to walk over to the counter and remind them. 6. I’m going to give it another try. The people were nice and most of the people who work there looked like youngsters and my suspicion is that they don’t have proper directions and so I would lay blame squarely at the manager and management.

If you are looking for an overpriced sandwich that tastes like something you can make at home, then come to Panera Bread. The reason for the 3 star rating is really the price. Other local sandwich shoppes offer delicious, healthy sandwiches at much lower prices. I come to Panera Bread simply because their location is close to work and they offer nice patio seating. As far as what to order, I recommend their turkey-avocado sandwich and any of their dessert offerings.

Horrible customer service. I tried to place an order online and was told that several items were in stock. Okay, so I decided to call the store. Was on hold for about 5 minutes on a Sunday night at 7:30. Then there was a guy on the phone and before I could mention anything he put me on hold for another 5 minutes. After that a lady by the name of Kristen answered. I asked for a specific soup and she said they don’t carry that soup on Sunday. After confirming online that they do, she just said«well that must be a mistake that we should probably fix, but we don’t have what you want.» After that I hung up and decided to go somewhere else. I’m done with that panera. Can’t seem to get their stuff together, and the service is just a turn off.

Try to find another place to eat in the area. Panera Bread was so below par, that I wondered why it is still open. A friend and I were in there today for lunch, at 11:30. At peak time, there were only two registered open, and occasionally only one open. The line went back to the doors. I ordered the new Flatbread BBQ Chicken and Clam Chowder. My friend ordered a Ham n Cheese on Rye sandwich and Summer Corn Chowder. There were vacant tables but none had been cleaned. I finally asked a employee to have our’s cleaned which she did herself. Then she went and opened a third register. My Flatbread sandwich was barely warm, and was so «flat» it looked like it had been sat on! My soup was tasty, but was also slightly warm. My friend only ate one bite of her sandwich. The bread was dry, and there were no condiments on the sandwich. It appeared to be just thrown together. She said her soup was good, but only warmed slightly. I went back and stood in a long line to buy us two Pecan Peach Muffins. They were very moist. However, the one chuck of peach in the center of each muffins was lacking. What has happened to Panera Bread? There is so much competition in the area. They need to get their act together.

I don’t normally eat in chain restaurants but my wife said the salads here were good. she was right. I had a Cobb salad and it was terrific. I would suggest this as a great place to have a nice lunch. They have seating indoors and outside. Good fountain drinks and brewed ice tea. Check it out!

Oh Panera! I enjoyed this place. They have a nice patio area where i can hang out with the ducks and its ducklings. The sun is in just the right spot for a relaxing lunch. The food — Ive ordered all types of food from this place, all of their salads are very flavorful and fresh tasting. The sandwiches are very good, especially the vegetarian. The soup is preferential, i wasnt a fan of the tomato until i had it with their grilled cheese(then my world started spinning again). The bread is highly addicting to any carb lovers out there. The deserts will have your mouth watering with indecision on what your sweet tooth wants b/c of the options. The drinks — The drinks are not like all the other café’s I’ve been to, the green tea is my fav, they also have your average soft drink section. I tend to go for the teas which is always available. The staff — The staff has always been nice and helpful. They have always encouraged me to use my Panera card for points but i always forget to bring it. You will always have my vote for the staff if i get greeted walking in and leaving the establishment and it was just that. My order has never been messed up and if it was it ended up in my favor :)

The menu continues to be the most confusing I have never seen in a restaurant. Not only did we have difficulty in understanding the menu but every single person in line ahead of us and those who came later seemed to have the same problems I ordered a bowl of clam chowder. You have to decide if you want a cup or a bowl and if you want that with a two some or by itself, as all the prices are different. I chose the two some and then ordered a Caesar salad which I had to decide on that size as well. Actually the salad rung up as a ½ salad without a meal upgrade. That came to $ 8.08 as I ordered water to drink and there was no charge. My spouse ordered the ½ Greek salad and the ½ Sierra Turkey Sandwich. Seeing me struggle with the ordering she became a fast learner. That too was part of a two course combination. There are many more combinations including«upgraded» for just about every item you order. I noted on the receipt her meal is listed as a no meal upgrade. Her meal was also $ 8.08 without upgrades. The cashier was handed my Panera Bread card along with a Panera Bread gift card. She advised we had a danish desert coming if we wanted to redeem it now. We opted for one of the cinnamon rolls and ask that it be heated. She pointed to a microwave across from the waiting area and said that we could do that ourselves. Kind of like having to bag your own groceries at the supermarket. I wonder if the next steakhouse will tell me to grill my own steak? We were given an electronic pager, however it never really came into use and the meal was brought to our table. Out table was up a flight of steps where we found additional seating for about twenty people. The carpet had not seen cleaning in quite some time, however we find that not to be unusual at a Panera Bread and seldom will the places be found spotless. My meal came with a long piece of bread that had something black on about an 1⁄8 inch from the end of the piece and this was pointed out to the delivery boy and he apologized and said he would bring another. In a short time he returned with a small piece less than one-half the size of the original. The clam chowder had almost no clams in it as it was was mostly liquid. There were some small objects in the soup which I think were small tidbits of potatoes. The liquid was OK but certainly not fantastic. I suspect the soup came directly from a can. My salad was a Caesar salad that contained greens that had become aged as they were mostly soggy and wilted. The dressing was far too strong for the salad and covered the entire bottom of the bowl which by the way came about ½ full when delivered to my table. The ½ ham sandwich was good as was the Greek salad which seemed to contain far more crisp pieces of lettuce than that of the Caesar salad. The walk to the restroom was on carpet that needed to be vacuumed very badly and the restroom which not terrifically dirty should have been tidied up a little. My spouse wanted a cup of coffee to go with the cinnamon roll so I trot back to the counter and this time I know I will not be confused. I order two small cups of coffee and the clerk ask, to go or in a glass. «In a glass». I think he meant in a cup. Of well, I take the to go and find four pots of coffee across the isle. There are time stamps on the canisters. I want decaf and wouldn’t you know the time stamp was 10:45AM and I check my watch, it is 12:13PM, thus that coffee has been sitting for almost 1 ½ hour. My spouse can tell the difference so I know upon return to the table she will question the taste of the coffee. She does not, and I get by with serving her coffee that is at least 1 ½ hours after brewing. And so many people complain about the high prices of a fresh cup of coffee being served at a Starbucks, well Starbucks decaf coffee is priced lower that decaf coffee at Panera Bread. I don’t think this would be classified as a great dining experience but rather another an «adventure» to a Panera Bread. Why do I keep coming? I get these gift cards that have to be used at a Panera Bread — that is why. So friends and family, could my next gift card be at some other restaurant? Thanks

This place is very clean and staff was very helpful! The potato soup is off that chain and the carrot cake is a must! Super moist and yummy! Their menu selection is great! The best thing about this place is all the pastries.

I loved the staff at this location, and Panera is one of the better sandwich places out there. They offer a ton of variety from cold sandwiches to paninis to desserts and soups. If you are unsure of what you want or you have a craving for 2, don’t worry, they offer combo meals. I loved that their menu had nutritional info listed next to most of the sandwiches and soup. There is plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal. I love their creamy tomato soup, so if you are in the mood for a hot bowl of soup, get the tomato soup!
