Love this place and these people! Erica has been my stylist for years! She is amazingly personable, and extremely talented! I’ve loved my hair every time, and I will never trust anyone else to do it! I’m blonde, and Erica is magical with Blondes. Never a brassy tone, very healthy, shiny, and rarely needs a trim. I would highly recommend Pure Image salon to anyone looking for great service, atmosphere, and wonderful staff. Be sure to Ask for ERICA!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Kelli for years, she’s the best! I love to try new colors and fun styles and every time she nails it! The salon is such a fun and friendly atmosphere. The staff is so trendy and talented. My 6 year old even loves going to get her hair done… she even goes home and plays «stylist» when we get home. I go in for a cut and color every month and Kelli always takes care of me! (Meagan and Sarah rock too!!!)

I’ve waited my whole life for someone I trust enough to highlight my hair. Kelli finally talked me in to it and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted to still look like myself, only better.
She did an amazing, and subtle, job. Everyone’s response was, «You look great! What’s different?» Which is so much better than, «What did you do?!?»

I tried Prue Image salon today, my friend and co worker recommend Erica. When I reached out she returned my message quickly and got me in today!
She told me about a new product to repair over processed hair. I tried it! My hair feels amazing!
I told her how I wanted my hair cut and she exceeded my expectations! I called my BFF and recommended she contact Erica immediately. She cut my short bangs perfectly! I should also point out she fixed my short bangs perfectly!!!
Erica was professional, knowledgable and an up beat fun personality. I love her Rochester accent! All the staff were professional and pleasant. I also received 20% off my first visit, whoo hoo! I will recommend Erica and the salon to all!
I made another appointment to return for color and another cut. I think I have found my new hair salon home!

Staff is friendly and professional they are all about making you feel great and renewed. Kelli is awesome she is always knowledge with new products and will never steer you in the wrong direction. It took me years to find a stylist that I liked and I LOVE KELLI! She does color, cuts, up-​dos. I love the new salon she has put togeher. August specials are great check them out!
