I’ve been coming here for about two years and it’s only gotten better and better the sales staff are knowledgeable and really want to help you find what you need. I have been to many fake shops in the area and I will drive far out of my way to come to Royal vapor

Royal Vapor has an amazing selection of house brand liquid, as well as the top of the line premium liquids from brands like Ragnarok, Space Jam, Suicide Bunny and more. They have an amazing staff that is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. They have great prices on package deals and are always up to date on the newest products.

My hubby and I are new to the area and are avid Vapor-​ers. Actually, hubs is more into it than I am, but since his job requires him to work out of town during the week, I’m on my own. This shop is right down the road from our new house, so very conveniently located. We’ve been here several times, mainly to buy replacement coils & parts.
I was down to my last coil last night & it burnt out. I looked at the clock & it was 7:50. I hauled ass trying to beat their closing time of 8pm, got there about 2 mins before. I asked for the replacement 5 pack coils for the new mini nautilus. When I got home I opened the box– completely wrong kind, not for the nautilus at all, but for the small original aspire tanks. So, last night I got to puff on my nasty burnt original coil.
Went back this morning to exchange the wrong coils for the right ones, for the MINI NAUTILUS tank… Salesman Cody helped me, popped a new coil out of the box & put it on my tank. He told me that if it starts spitting or doesn’t vape right, then I probably have it on wrong & to unscrew & screw it back into place. Well, besides my husband being a mod guru & teaching me all I ever wanted to know, if it’s the wrong coil that’s supposed to go on there, it’s going to spit & not vape right! So… Once again, I was stuck vaping on the wrong thing. He gave me the original Nautilus coils, not the new BVC. I called up there to let them know they gave me the wrong ones again. The guy I talked to on the phone said they’re out of the ones I need, the BVC coils. Said the original coils are universal & will work in the minis. Yeah, they’ll «work» but not well… At ALL! He said I could get my $ back, which is why I’m giving the 1 star. The guys there are super friendly, but need to work on their knowledge of supplies, as well as informing the customer.
I went to Artisan Vapor off the tollway & I got 2 boxes for $ 31, compared to the high price of $ 21 for 1 box at Royal Vapor. Won’t be buying our vape supplies here again. Sad, because of the convenience.

This store has such a great selection of hardware & e-​juice but the prices are a little bit high. It’s just such a shame Landon is no longer working there. He knew everything about vaping, the products, rebuilding coils, everything. What a huge loss for the shop.
I hate to say it, but the owner’s son Sterling doesn’t know much about anything in the store and does not seem to care to learn the business. How weird is that!!!

I purchased an itaste VV from royal vapor Feb 28. A little over 3 months later it will not hold a charge. The receipt says 1yr warranty can be replaced once in that time. I call the store and the guy who answered says if I didn’t buy the warranty for 19.99 there’s no warranty. 1^st that was not offered as an option and 2^nd shouldn’t there be a manufacturer warranty to stand behind a product that should last 10 month’s to 1yr? Employee offered no apology or assistance and really just didn’t have a clue. I know this battery was only $ 50 and that’s not going to kill me to take a loss but the lack of customer service or knowledge is bad business. I buy all my liquid and supplies from y’all and have referred many people to your store because I thought it was good product. My small contribution to your store I’m sure will go unnoticed but I will no longer buy from there. Thanks

One of the best vape shops I’ve been to in this area. Great selection. My only comment would be to hire staff that is more knowledgable about their products.
