Saphir Nails

Wow… these people are disgusting! I walked in and the place reeked of cherry air freshener. I didn’t think much of it at first. I told them I needed my toes polished and a pink and white fill. When I sat down in the massage chair (so uncomfortable) some lady came up and started talking to me with a mouth full of food. Yuck!!! She continued to talk without chewing or swallowing for a few minutes… I wanted to puke. When some other woman finally started painting my toes I realized why the place reeked of cherry air freshener. It was to cover up the overwhelming scent of urine coming from the back. The woman who painted my toes did a worse job than I would have if I had stayed at home and done them my self. Another woman did my fill and that was the most half-​assed job I’ve ever seen. So disappointed.

I received a coupon in the mail for 20% off services; so, I thought I would give them a try. But OMG– I walked in and there was no one around! I should have known that meant they were no good, but I was in a hurry and appreciated not having to wait (so I thought!)
I was seated and serviced by man who may have been the owner. He was nice but he had no idea what he was doing. I should have asked to see I he had a license because he painted my toe nails the way a two year old would. It was a mess– all over my skin. I told him to do it neater and he started over bu it was still the same. I asked if the lady that worked there could do it for me instead but the. They started speaking Vietnamese and came back with the reply of «no he can do it better.» so he worked on me against my request and he did do a better job TWO Hours later! I was about to cry. The whole time, i had to sit there and stare at my ugly toes because they could not figure out how to turn the TV on (and that is what every other worker in the nail salon was working on)
It does not take 2 hours to get a regular simple pedicure. I will never go back there and I pray you do not have the same experience.
