I am a regular, daily Starbucks drinker. I like the white mocha. I’m particular. My normal store is by work at 635/coit. They make the best white mocha. The Bethany location is closer to home and I live that it has a drive thru; however, the service is very slow(it can regularly take 10+ minutes to get through the the drive thru window) and most importantly, something is very wrong with the way they turn out a white mocha. This location is consistently inconsistent with drinks. While I can venture to the nearby Kroger and get the white mocha competed to perfection, for some reason the Bethany location just doesn’t deliver. My white mocha beverage is supposed to be sweet and creamy, for some reason at Bethany store it’s(9 times out of 10) bitter. I’m not sure if it’s to do with them not scooping off the top or maybe them not stirring in all of the white mocha that’s normally still sitting in the bottom of my cup, or if their machine simply turns out bitter crap espresso. I’m baffled. I’ve repeatedly returned orders. Every now and then I actually get a white mocha at Bethany that I’m impressed with. So I know it can be done. What’s the deal? At $ 5+ per cup, it needs to be exact. Signed, perplexed white mocha lover!

Simple, the service at this location is terrible. The lady gave me a horrendous attitude when I asked for chocolate smoothie. She said it wasn’t on the menu. Kelly, I’ve been drinking this smoothie for 3 years.

Two stars for service. This store is supposed to open at 6am. She is never ready to prepare a drink at 6am. I’ve come in at 6:05 — 6:10 and the pastries are still in wrappers. It’s really annoying to feel like I’m inconveniencing someone who should be ready. I have to drive out of my way to the McDermott store now.
