The Maid Quarters

I spoke in length with owner and we agreed on a price for a deep clean of my home. The 2 person crew showed up at 4PM (very late for a deep clean) and one of the crew members was complaining that she didn’t want to be there. I called while crew was there and spoke with owner and she said don’t worry it will get done. By 6:30PM the one girl was doing nothing and the other was having to go behind her and redo everything because it wasn’t being done right. At 8:30PM I was just like it is late your not going to finish tonight so they left. The next day I spoke with owner and she apologized and said that she could get them to come out and finish. After a week they still had not been out and I got the bill via email. The owner then said that she was replacing the one girl on the crew and to give her some time to get someone retrained. That was 2 months ago and I have heard nothing and still had to pay for service that was not completed.
