Torchy’s food is amazing. The wait time can be long but it’s worth the wait! The wrangler taco is my favorite! Place is clean but I wish they served traditional drinks instead of the crazy soft drinks they serve.

Salsa fresh and cold.
Cashier/​waitress brought out order with flour instead of corn tortilla I ordered. Quickly corrected, but the egg was overcooked– browned and dry.

They never get the order right. Even when they repeat it back. Food is okay, but accuracy is horrible. I have even ordered online and entered the order myself, and when I go pick it up, STILL wrong when I open it at home.

When Torchy’s 1st opened in Allen I was so impressed but things seem to have started to slip a bit this past year. I think the oil needs to be changed more frequently as the chips don’t have the fresh taste they use to and sometimes the chicken taste like it was cooked on the grill with too much other stuff. Not giving up yet but they could be on my «not worth it» list soon if things don’t improve. Ps. My favorite is the chicken fajita taco on corn!
