I won’t be going back. I went for Botox and thought the staff was unprofessional. The first nurse who took me back to the room had dirty, greasy hair. Her tennis shoes were filthy and her face was completely broken out. She looked like she just rolled out of bed. When we walked into the room the paper on the bed was from the previous patient. She changed the paper in front of me. Typically that’s done in between patients. When the second nurse came in to do the Botox she also had dirty hair. I couldn’t believe how these girls come to work! They both had a very relaxed attitude. Like they were my girlfriends. And my Botox is not even on my forehead. Very disappointed.

I give 5 stars to this location just because there are no more stars, or else I would give it 10.
I come here every week and I feel like home. Mindy, Ellen, and Lynn are super nice and professional and I always feel welcomed and comfortable. I used to go to the Plano location, but I’ve been coming here for about a month and I’m here to stay!
I don’t remember the name of the lady who does the photo facials but she is awesome as well!
Keep it up! You guys rock!
