This is a great office with a great staff. They were so courteous and heart warming, there were smiles everywhere. The warmth and cheer in the office was like a cool drink of water in a sweltering desert. Offices we’ve visited in the past didn’t compare to this place maybe due to a lack of caring, and not to mention that the staff acted like patients aren’t the reason they had a job. Dr. Patrick was great as well, she was very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions we may have had. They were very good with my kids too. You can tell that the staff at Visionsource love coming to work or at the least they’re really good actors. From now on, this will be the source for our vision care needs. And no, I’m not being paid or coerced in saying that. They really are great!!!

Dr. Kruse and the staff here are great. I brought my 3 yr old and 7 yr old here for their first eye exam and they were so amazing with them. No waiting. They took us right back. Very patient and was really helpful in trying to decide on frames for my little guy. Loved Dr. Kruse and everyone else and would highly recommend

I am so glad to have found Dr. Kruse and her team. I received one of the most thorough and well-​explained eye exams I’ve ever had. I’ve worn glasses since kindergarten, and even had LASIK done in my 20s. Dr. Kruse explained all my options and didn’t just stick me in any old pair of contacts. She took the time to go over my particular eye shape (flattened cornea due to lasik) and find a custom contact that would be comfortable and work well for me and my lifestyle. Added bonus: they told me it could take up to two weeks for my lenses to come in; they were in after three days! I am scheduling an appointment for my hubby and daughter too! They also had a good selection of eyewear.

They advertise on their website that they take Aetna however someone from their office just called to inform me that they do not accept it. Note, I booked my appt over a month ago and they wait until 2 days before the appt to call and tell me this. When I told the girl it would have been nice if they called me earlier, she had the nerve to say that someone had tried a couple of times to reach me but I hung up on them. Are you kidding me? I told her that I am 100% confident that no one from vision source attempted to contact me. As infuriating as this is, I’m almost glad it’s cancelled because I’d really not prefer to give this location any of my business.

Dr. O’Hare was wonderful. I went for an eye exam and also took my 10 year old daughter for her check-​up. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. O’Hare was great with my daughter. She made her feel comfortable and treated her with patience and kindness. My daughter even commented on how much she liked her. I’ll be bringing my other kids there for eye exams as well. This is a great local business and is great if you have kids. Highly recommended!

I have used the Vision Source for my eyecare needs for the past three years. I’ve seen both Dr. O’Hare and Dr. Patrick. Both of these women and the full staff are friendly, welcoming, and very clear. They answer all my questions with the utmost clarity. I always appreciate it when someone greets me by name when I arrive. This is exactly how this office operates. Even if I move, I may travel back to Fairview for my eyecare.
