Great, except for 2 things. 1. They kept my computer longer than they originally said, and I had to call them for updates on why it was taking so long, and 2. They neglected to tell me the laptop won’t hold a charge. I found out that gem when I got it home.

This morning I had to use Xpress Cellular Repair for the FOURTH time for a shattered iPhone screen. They have fixed the front and back screen on different occasions. Each time, the repair was completed extremely quickly (for the front screen, about 20 minutes and for the glass on the back, about 3 minutes). I have nothing but great things to say about them. They’re professional, honest, fast, competitively priced, and guarantee their work. I hope I don’t have to use them again after another mishap, but it’s reassuring to know they’re there if I do.
