I loved to work Dave did so much, I had to add his business to Unilocal so I could give him a great review. Dave came recommended from a coworker for cleaning my carpets… this was a blessing. I have used other «big name» carpet cleaning companies and have always been dissappointed by the quick job they did and the results once everything dried.
Dave took over 7 hours to clean our 1,700 sqft of carpets, and they came out perfect. He takes the time to do the job right and even brings in fans so that the floors are practically dry by the time he finishes up the job. He even fixed a few loose areas or carpet on the stairs for free.
He only charges you for what he cleans, so getting an exact quote over the phone won’t be available. When I first talked to him on the phone, he was unable to give me a firm number, which made me think I might be getting overcharged once he showed up and did the work… boy was I wrong.
In the end, he measured area he cleaned (some areas could be cleaned because of heavy furniture), and his price came out much less than expected. You will pay slightly more than the «big name» companies, but his work is well worth it.
