The worst Arby’s I’ve been to. Other than the very polite older man working the register the place was a shit show. Tasted more like a grease pit and the employees were talking crap about the customers

I feel more than a little bit silly writing a five star review of a fast food restaurant, especially on a single visit. But we were on a long drive from Philly to Skytop, PA, and needed a quick bite — the food was substantially better than expected(it’s still fast food…), but more importantly, the service was amazing. The staff was really friendly, really helpful, really pleasant to talk to, and both extremely fast and accurate. The interior was clean, well made up, and even had a atrium area with a fake tree that looked«nice» instead of «trashy». Would recommend if on a drive in this area.

With Bethlehem no longer having an Arby’s, if you live in the city and need to get your reconstituted roast beef on this is now your location. Typical fast food place where the condiment area inside is dirty along with a few of the nozzles for ketchup and«Horsey Sauce» being broken. Add in several of the booths being ripped and this place looks sooo inviting. Now, why am I mentioning about going inside? Two reasons: 1. They have a serious inability to get coupons right via the drive thru and quite honestly the only reason why I think any Arby’s exists at this point is simply because of the copious couponing that they do. 2. Their drive thru is very slow. It quite honestly is normally faster to park, go into the store and get your order then to wait what seems like forever in line. With a good coupon, which you would be insane to eat here without, this place maybe slinks to three stars. Without a coupon, well that honestly should never happen so there is no analogy needed.

Not often you have a positive experience at a fast food joint. This particular Arby’s is the exception. The cashier is always upbeat and makes the quick lunch an uplifting experience. So much better than most fast food places that are trying to churn and burn through the lunch hour rush. The food is fine by Arby’s standards. You are eating fast food so the bar isn’t set too high. You do get a good amount of food for your money and there are generally specials that can save you a buck or two.
