I cannot compliment Dr. Bausch and his staff enough! The staff is super friendly; that alone is a big deal in a lot of doctor’s offices. Add that to Dr. Bausch’s great knowledge and skill as a surgeon, and it’s amazing. My Mom had cataract surgery done by Dr. Bausch, and from the first appointment to her most recent, I was nothing but impressed. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking for a great ophthalmologist. I was even chatting in the waiting room with someone who had lasik and she was thrilled, too. I found him to be warm and caring (very dynamic and with a lot of energy lol) and not awkward, like a lot of doctors tend to be. Like I said, great doctor, great staff, worth the 5 star rating and then some.

I was referred to Dr. Bausch by my Primary Care Office and was appalled by his condescending attitude, rudeness, and lack of patient-​centered care. I would not refer, nor recommend this practice to anyone.
