Bob’s is the ONLY locksmith that answered the phone the night my wife and I locked ourselves out of our apartment after taking a joy ride in my new car (didn’t put the keys on the chain. lol) He gave a price over the phone and told us about 45 min because he actually had to help someone before us but he was there a little after 20 min. Two things I really liked was that I was able to make a payment with my credit card and that once he opened the door, before letting us in he asked for my license to check if we actually lived in that apartment. I thought that was really professional of him and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks again bob

I was so grateful to find a locksmith thats not a scam! I locked my keys in my car and Bob was great. Super friendly and got to my location very quickly. Price was reasonable as well. Would definitely use Bobs again.

This is one of those businesses you wish you didn’t have to write a review for, but having locked myself out of the house this past weekend, I needed a local, 24-hour locksmith. I was surprised at how difficult it was to locate a local Allentown locksmith (one which was listed as being in Allentown was actually in Nazareth!) and was thrilled to find Bob. He quoted me a flat fee over the phone which I thought was reasonable, gave me a 20-minute ETA but arrived shortly after 30 minutes which still wasn’t bad, and was able to get me into my house in about 5 – 7 minutes.
He also accepted a personal check.
You can bet this guy is now in my mobile address book.
