Very convenient and efficient. The hours and location is great for me. I need to get to work on time and it works for me. They are very pleasant to you and the waiting room is nice though if you come early maybe you will wait 5 minutes maximum. It really is great.

Never a wait. Great place to take kids who don’t want to be there anyway. Staff is experienced. In and out! All you want for a testing lab.

Had an awful experience at this location that I have been meaning to review. My three month old son needed blood work and I was referred to this location. The two girls that drew his blood took it from his foot — the type of test required blood drawn from a vein. They should have known this, mistake number one. They were testing his ammonia levels and the blood needed to be separated and on ice immediately. I even reminded the girls this needed to be done (as instructed by the doctor). The next day I received a call that his ammonia levels were highly elevated — he needed to get tested again. So through my worry and anger I found out they DID NOT separate the blood and put it on ice immediately. Mistake two. They were overall very rude and made it seem like a problem I was there, not to mention they smelled of cigarettes. If you are looking to get blood work done, do not go to this location. I would recommend the center valley lab, they finished the job the way it should’ve been competed the first time.

I wasn’t able to get my blood work drawn at this location because there was a glitch in health networks lab computer and they didn’t get my electronic script. The girl who was going to take my blood was very rude and annoyed that I didn’t have my script, and she felt inconvenienced that she had to call my Dr. I didn’t want her sticking me, so I left. I ended up driving half way home, my Dr called me and explained what happened and I went to the NEW health networks lab in Schnecksville. They were awesome.
