We love Dr. Jan! She’s flexible with our choices on selective and delayed vaccinations and never, ever makes us feel rushed. She’s very old school in that she’s practical and no nonesense which is refreshing!
Her office staff is really pleasant but often gets the billing wrong. Luckily we’re patient and happy to put up with paperwork hassles that occasionally come up. The staff also tries really hard to get your children in and seen by Dr. Jan if they’re not feeling well. Dr. Jan herself will always take on-calls and will call your scripts into an all-night pharmacy if need be.
