I pre-​ordered an item in January on their website. I wait 5 months for the item to come out and ship. Jaw dropping collectibles cancels my order after 5 months stating «we didn’t get enough».
In the 5 months I waited, the charge of $ 449.99 had racked up $ 30 of interest. So now I don’t have what I ordered! I waited 5 month and was very disappointed! And I’m out $ 30!
I emailed them twice about this with no response. This company is very unprofessional. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
