I was scheduled to have the cleaners arrive at 1:30PM for the first cleaning appointment. I left work to meet them at the house to walk through with them since it was the first time. At 1:50 I received a call from someone saying she got lost picking up another employee and would be there in 10 minutes. When they hadn’t arrived by 2:10, I called the number back and spoke to the same employee and inquired about their progress as I had to get back to work. She was less than pleasant, saying«I called you and said 10 minutes. I’m stuck in traffic.» She was very rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her ask, asking her to arrive on time. I told her I had to get back to work and would just leave a key under the front welcome mat. She responded that was fine, whatever I wanted to do. When I left home at 2:20 to go back to work, they still hadn’t arrived. Needless to say, I felt somewhat uncomfortable just leaving a key for someone I have never met before, but was expecting that they would be professional and wouldn’t be any problems. I returned home from work hoping that the cleaning would offset the frustration of earlier in the day. It did not. The floors don’t look like they were swept well, if at all. The kitchen floor and hallway still had dog hair and grass on it. Some parts of the living area look vacuumed, while others do not. The stove is greasy and still has a dried food drop on it. To his credit, Fred, the owner, did address the issue in a very timely and professional fashion once I brought it to his attention. He had another cleaning team come out and clean again, this time with better results. I used the service a second time, hoping that my first experience was just an aberration. Unfortunately, while the cleaning was not as poorly done as the first time, it was still not worth the money I paid. Having two bad experiences, I would not use Maive again.

Sure enough, no one showed up at 1:30p today, even with the automated email confirmation. And of course, still no responses to any emails. Save yourselves the headache and stay away from this one… I’ll be attempting to recoup my losses back from Groupon; thankfully it was only $ 99. Frederick«Shill”-er, IMHO, you’re not ready for service-based business yet — better off sticking to car sales…

NEVERAGAIN. I called them and gave them the opportunity to come back to my home and redo a cleaning– since the service was so terrible the first time. I requested they come back on Friday at 11:30AM.The owner Fred asked me if I would allow one of the women who was there previously to come back– I politely declined(why would I ever want someone who did such a terrible job to come back)?
