Went in for an oil change and a bulb replacement, left happy. I was previously going to a place on Broadway but I wasn’t impressed with the attitudes at that shop. I was greeted upon walking in and the gentlemen behind the counter was polite and attentive. The prices are also very reasonable here.

I had a great experience here. Though most mechanics were closed today (Memorial Day), Monro saved the day for me. The situation was a bit more stressful than usual, since I noticed I had a flat tire when visiting my parents (a long trip away from my home). Shawn eased my stress and was very helpful in obtaining two new tires for my car when I called him about my issue. The timing was perfect, since once the people came to put the donut on, I drove five minutes to Monro and the tires were already ready! I think I was there for 30 minutes at most while they replaced the new tires, which is pretty awesome since I didn’t have an appointment beforehand. I was then able to embark on my three ½ hour drive back home.

Everyone from the store manager down is very friendly and extraordinarily helpful when it comes to customer service.
This is my second year utilizing their services at this location and I won’t go anywhere else.
I usually go for emission and inspection and oil changes but this year I also needed tires.
Chris the manager worked on getting me an excellent deal on four new tires.
Also to pass inspection I also needed some exhaust pipe welding done which came out to around 60.00 with labor.
In this day and age of being a number instead of a customer at many places Monro at 1401 Lehigh St. makes you well aware that your a valued customer and actually a friend.
Thank you guys for another great experience!

I started using this location for state inspections in 2007, and have used them ever since. They have also done some brake work on my vehicle when it was needed.
I have always trusted the people that work here and they have never tried to BS me or try to be pushy with services or work that needs to be done. If something is wrong they explain it and show me the issue.
Location is not bad since there is a shopping center nearby to spend time in while you wait. Would recommend if you need a place to get work done on your vehicle.
